I just moved into my unit on June 1st. Amicus was extremely helpful during my move-in, and resolved any issues that popped up throughout the process. All of the people I interacted with during the moving process were extremely friendly and helpful. I am new to the Lubbock area, but already feel at home in this property! -

This is our first time leasing a property out. Madison walked us through the process in a pleasant and detailed way. She answered all the questions we had, and was extremely helpful. Even though this is a time of year that is difficult to find renters, they were able to find someone through their advertising process. I recommend them to anyone looking to lease out their property! -

Amicus Property Advisors gets a 12/10 rating from me. From the very first tour and throughout the entire move in process. Amicus has been absolutely fabulous. My 3 other roommates and I are college students who are now living in an Amicus Property home. Their helpfulness and honest advice has made the new and lengthy process of moving into a home so much easier. They answered all of our questions with kindness, and they are very detailed in their answers to reduce confusion. If they did not know the answer to one of our questions, they were not afraid to say they didn’t know and then ask around to find the answer. This is a very valuable quality that is hard to find in anyone. I NEVER was on hold when I called their office, and if a call was missed during office hours, they got back to me in a timely fashion. If I called after hours, they called me back the next day. Communication with Amicus is a breeze. When it came time to sign our lease, they worked fast and hard to ensure that we secured the house that we wanted. After receiving our house keys, Amicus called to make sure everything looked correct and they still courteously answer the hundreds of questions we have. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND AMICUS PROPERLY ADVISORS ENOUGH!! Do not be afraid to just pick up the phone and call them, they were a joy to speak and work with! -

They thoroughly vet their clientele to ensure quality stays at the forefront of their business. Professional and personable. If you need a property management company, this team is worth every penny! -

Ok this is a honest review, life is not easy we all have stuff that pops up in our day to day life. Whatever it may be it’s stressful. Most people won’t work with you because it’s not their problem. But Amicus has worked with us no matter what, they actually care about the people they rent to. Which says a lot about a place. Being new to Texas and new to Amicus thank you for the hospitality and understanding you have shown this family. Wish there were more companies and employees like you guys in this world, Thanks again from your happy renters -

We are Curtis and Tonya Thrash current owners of 2 properties. I can not say enough about Madison and Kendyl. They go above and beyond on your behalf. We are extremely pleased with our rental management and couldnt have asked for anyone more dedicated than they are. It’s nice to have an investment and have no worries knowing that it is being took care of by the best. They handle it all from rental, maintenance, well checks on property, great accounting and book work and much more. If I get something in mail I do not understand they are a phone call away and ALWAYS have the answer. Basically you invest and walk away. If there is a problem these girls will handle it and if they need you they will call. Don’t get me wrong they always keep you informed about your property and you are in the loop….. they just take the everyday load from ya. Call these girls!!! They quickly and efficiently rented my house.They rented my properties for more than I could haveI was renting my property for $850 and they got me $1100They helped my step father rent his house when he had it vacant for over a yearThe thing I like best is they handle the residence I do not have to hear anybody’s sob stories about why they can’t pay rent. I don’t have to vet nobody they handle all of that my life is so much more peaceful now.They also Maintenance people that will go into my property fix the problems with my permission and take it off of the rent and send me a receipt. Seriously, this is so easy. -
