    I am saddened to hear that AMERICAN REAL will no longer be put property management company. From the day they took over our property they were always attentive and quick to respond/fix any issues. This is the best property management company we have ever been with.     Edgar Castillo was amazing! From the beginning of the rental process to the end! He was patient, kind and very detailed. I was able to apply quickly, the application processing time was fast, and I was notified by Edgar via phone and email at every step of the process until the approval notification and lease signing. This was my first major move and Edgar went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. THANK YOU EDGAR!!!!

    American Real PM has made my experience as a first time property rental owner very peaceful. Im relieved from the burden of dealing with the tenant. They will deliver services promptly, they chip in and resolve tenant issues amicably. But mostly this company is here to protect the Land Load and protect the property. No more headaches dealing with the tenant. They go an extra mile to do what ever it takes to handles all the matters to ensure that the Land Lord is happy. And property is well taken care of.I will recommend them to anyone looking for Property management Company. #American Real PM is the way to go

    Erik has managed our property for a couple of years now. We are out of state landlords and Erik has been a god send! We have never had any issues he couldn’t resolve with the least attention from us, he is always quick to respond to emails and extremely professional through out. Recently our long term tenants moved out due to finding work in another state, Erik walked us through the house virtually, listing jobs that need addressing and actually saving us money by repairing items rather than replacing them. He then found us suitable tenants within weeks. We highly recommend him for any passive income landlords!

    My father has been dealing with health issues for some time now, so we have had some issues with switching over account information within our banks. Erik Heintz and his associates with American Real PM, have been AWESOME and patient with allowing us to get things together and back on track after dealing with multiple funerals within our immediate family on top of the account change issues. Any issues within the home, once the request has been submitted, we receive an immediate response.     Erik is one of the best in the business. From day one when I contacted him about a property he was prompt, showed my wife and I a property out on blue ridge that we were considering moving into... we really loved the place and was all in. The next day I seen a new one on the website and immediately had a change of heart. I contacted him right away and said thats our house, thats the one we want and it only had been online for 1 day lol. Plenty of people was given the opportunity to tour the house, but Erik made sure that it was our dream to be the ones moving in. Four years later anything we have needed, anything that has gone wrong Erik always till this day, is still prompt as ever and he makes sure that we are taken care of. He deserves a 10 but 5 is the highest available on here. Thank you for all thats been done this far, we appreciate you.P.S. - People this is a real review, not paid for by anyone. When you have somebody as real as Erik is on your team, you have to make sure that they are recognized for their work that they do.

    I have been a very happy resident for three years dealing with American Real PM. If there ever was an issue with anything, their staff were always expedient and professional in resolving any maintenance requests or other needs. I have dealt with other Property Management Companies in Dallas, Texas and I was always let down with their lack of customer service. Communication could not have been any better, they always pick up the phone and love to talk. I would absolutely refer American Real PM as your professional reputable source for residency and property management services in the future.

    This leasing agency was great to work with in the lease signing process. They were very personal and kind. During my tenancy, there was sometimes large delays in maintenance requests, but overall they were always handled. They made sure the house was in good condition when we moved in. Corey Brinkman is fantastic - he is always so responsive and on top of things, and takes responsibility for seeing any tasks or issues through to resolution, while being professional, positive-minded and friendly.

    The Kansas City Team always addresses my issues in a timely manner, takes time to explain all processes of repairs, response to me within the day, makes leasing so easy. Erik is great with communication and has been extremely helpful the last 5 years at my residence.

    What I like about this business is Abigail. I could refer to her as awesome , however that would be an understatement . I have called this lady numerous times ( too many to remember) and she has always answered my calls and always responded very promptly to my emails .
