I would like to say that I am more than happy with the apartment that I am renting through Ambassador Property Management. Aside from the apartment itself, I am extremely happy with the service provided by their staff. Eleni at Ambassador Property Management has been such a huge help to both my roommate and I. Whenever we need anything, we contact her and receive a response instantly. I give them a 5 star rating and would highly recommend them to others.

I have received their support for over two years while facing numerous issues from rodents to unexpected damages to door locks. In all instances, they have responded to my requests within 30 minutes, followed up with me until the issue has been resolved and most importantly they have been open to recommendations on how to improve any support services they provide.

We leased a house in Round Rock for just a little over 2 years through Ambassador Property Management. We enjoyed our home while there and Ambassador was always very quick to reply whenever a problem did arise. Communication with the office was not a problem and if any repairs were needed, they were done in a good manner of time. We want to thank Ambassador for always providing good service to us

Ambassador Property Management saved me from my last arrangement. Management companies already have a bad reputation which is why I have made 3 changes in the past, but I have finally found a company that watches out for my property and my best interest. My tenant is a pill, but pays on time now and has made repairs they were responsible for after I finally hired Ambassador.

My home was drastically effected by the recent winter storms. We were without electricity for 3 days, without water for 2 days, and had a couple of burst pipes in the garage that caused us to be without hot water. I have a small child and had visitors at the time that could not leave. Ambassador Property and their staff took great care of us. They checked in on us even though there was nothing they could do. All repairs have since been made, but we were put in a hotel at the time in order to get it done. The hotel was cramped, but the landlord and Ambassador sent dinner at least one night. We have been renting from the landlord and Ambassador for about 5 years now. They have never failed us and have made the best of every situation we have come across. We can not afford to buy a home at this time, but to know we are taken care of when things arise is reassuring!! Thank you guys.

We recently moved from a property managed by Ambassador because the owner was selling it. The property we chose also is being managed by the same company. Our experience in the new property was night and day from the first property. We figured out that our maintenance calls and stuff depends on the owner of the property approving things in time or at all and not so much to management employees. We will see how the rest of our lease goes, but this new owner seems to change the whole experience with Ambassador. They are strict, but nice about it.

We have several properties that are all managed by Ambassador and we are completely satisfied and happy with this company. They treat our tenants fairly but are also firm with them also to pay their rent on time. I could not recommend them more highly! Remember most posts you see on any site is most likely a disgruntled tenant that did not pay their rent and was evicted. Ita a shame that people post slanderous reviews because I have seen nothing that supports these claims over the 3 years we have used their excellent service. Take all these reviews with a grain of salt!
