I had the pleasure of renting a property in the Texoma area with Kendraβs help at short notice. She was understanding, kind, and helpful. She got my family and I moved in quickly after working with us.We were tenets for a little over two years in a newer home so we didnβt experience any major maintenance issues. But what maintenance issues we did have she was quick to respond to our needs and followed up accordingly when able.I highly recommend Kendra and her team at alpine. -

**********UPDATED MAY 2024*************Updating this review as we just departed the residence that we were renting from Alpine Property Management for the last two years. As my original review stated when we first moved in thereβs been no issues, Property management was professional, courteous, polite and very responsive. Always handled any issues that we had and made the termination of the lease smooth and seamless. If not for relocation of a job would not have left and wouldβve stuck with them. Donβt hesitate to work with this company five stars!Have been with Alpine for two months now and not sure why the bad reviews. As with any property management team, they are busy with numerous houses tenants/etc Upon moving in several items were not up to par for move in ready condition however after a few trouble tickets, text and correspondence the issues were resolved. Communication has been steady and very professional. The maintenance team of Paul and Ronnie are a delight and fun to talk to. They care about getting the issues fixed the right way and go above and beyond to respect your residence and family. Would rent again with Alpine. Thanks to Kendra and Jamie they are highly recommended!!!! -

We moved In 3 months ago and we have had a pleasant stay so far. Its an older home that we are renting so we expected it to have its flaws but every time we put in a maintenance request it always gets answered. It may not be an immediate answer but it does get answered. All of our problems with the house have been solved and its been handled very well. Their normal maintenance guy is super sweet and very accommodating to my schedule and even when they have to contract out they choose very experienced and nice people to come out and fix out issues. We had to get a whole new pipe and they gladly fixed it in a timely manner. I honestly cannot complain. I was worried when I saw the reviews but it sounds like people are just being impatient and unreasonable. I give this place a 5 star rating! Also Carissa is very nice and always responds to my emails and Cameron was a great agent when it came to paper work and showing us the house! -

So as a newly wed couple, my husband and myself were searching for the perfect little starter house. This is how we came across Cameron and Alpine. Cameron showed us our home and we fell in love. The lease signing was a painless process. We did have issues when we first moved in with things not being completed prior to our move in date. We also had issues with maintenance requests not being handled, but that all changed when CARISSA took over the maintenance. OMG. She is a BEAST! (SHE NEEDS A BIG OL FAT RAISE!) She calls and emails you back promptly to let you know she got the request and to make sure you are aware she is working diligently on getting it take care of.The staff at ALPINE is what ultimately made us renew our lease this past October.Now Im a little sad as I just got a generic Send your rent here now email from the new company over my house. Im truly going to miss Carissa and the ALPINE staffers! -

We got off to a rocky start with some maintenance issues at our house. However, after a staff change, things have been so much better! I have read a lot of the reviews, and it seems as though these were issues cause by previous staff. The ladies in the office now, are so pleasant to work with!I also see people complaining that no one answers the phone when they call, which is pretty funny because it says everywhere (even in our lease papers) that everything has to be in writing. I would assume that is the reason why no one answers the phone, which makes sense if you have been told to email or put things in your portal.Anyway, I would highly recommend Alpine to my family and friends. They are doing so much better than this time last year, and for that we are happy! -

Ive rented through Alpine for a little over two years, and lived in two of their properties. Theyve always had friendly staff and are quick to address any issues with the properties. Would recommend to a friend. -
