I see there are the people who complain and I must say!! Im wishing WE were still an Alpha Barnes property!! I have lived on my property for 4 years now and since the management has changed there are the worst people working here where we live!! Its NOT a home anymore its a prison!! I gave my 60 day notice and its sad because I use to love it HERE!! Why did Alpha Barnes sell this property I will NEVER know but if you have another property in Denton PLEASE let me know! I miss the safe, secure, quiet FAMILY community I once lived in!!! The new company that took over is good Harbor Management! Beware and on the look out..stay AWAY from that company name!! They want residents to have ONLY 2 approved plants on our patios and theyre so concerned about residents parking in resident parking without a pass yet they refuse to give ANYONE a pass unless you have a 12 mo lease?? So EVERY month you have to take in a paper VISITOR pass (old)to exchange for a (New) month VISITOR pass. If you lose it then NOT ONLY will they charge you $75.00, NOT ONLY is the pass expired its a cheap peice of paper that could accidentally fly out of the window.. Ive NOT had that happen but because I put in my 60 days notice I am no longer a resident?? I must NOW park with visitors even though I pay over 1200 a mo to LIVE here?? So does that mean I dont pay rent? PLEASE come BACK!! If you have properties out this way I KNOW of SEVERAL residents who would and ARE moving!!

Living on one of the Properties and wow how the maintenance respond so quickly. I feel like Queen B so to speak. To keep it real keep rocking.. Out of lifes ups and downs the maintenance here are bravo. Management is always on property which makes it super sweet when ya need something. I appreciate you all very much at Alpha Barnes Real Estate.😇😇😇😇😇

Alpha-Barnes is an outstanding apartment management firm! Their culture is all about service and professionalism. Highly recommend.
