Never thought Id leave a 5 star for ALNA but as a tenant during what feels like the transitional period, from eh, itll do, vs revamping the image of the company, it has not gone unnoticed for a minute. It looks & feels like thats whats happening so theres hope!Ron Johnson in the office, even if youve not had the best exp dealing with whatever it might be, his friendly, positive & professional emails will have you convinced otherwise, & before its all said & done youre leaving a 5 star review, (wait, what?!)Jeff Davis, Head of Maintenance... night & day difference. Comparing apples to a lemon....Its nice to deal with people who actually care about their tenants, the company, & take their job seriously (& arent just winging it.) Its a big step to turning things around (as you can see from past reviews.)When you upgrade your people, you upgrade the tenant experience = + referrals/ + feedback that can make or break you.Happy holidays & happy 2025

I’ve been with this company for about 5 years now and they still have some good people.Mr. Ron is awesome, he has been working with us for a little while now to make sure we are comfortable in our new home. And Ms. Phey is AWESOME as well!!!!Ron cares about the tenant and tries to do everything in his power to resolve any issues or misunderstandings .Highly recommend!!!!

Please note: I am a new tenant and this rating is based solely upon our leasing and move in experience. I will do another rating in a year.The leasing experience was very different. You used to talk on the phone with people before you did business with them however modern technology doesn’t require that. The process was quite simple though compared to other methods. We submitted our information and income, along with a small token of faith to show we were serious. Once our information was approved we took care of next steps and paid the full move in fees. After that we signed the lease and gained entry. Pretty typical when you think about it but it doesn’t really seem that way at the beginning. All in all 4 stars because we have a beautiful home and are very happy so far. Will update you all in a year! Best of luck to you and your family. Forgot to mention, Bill was very helpful in the process although he can appear to be short tempered. He’s not rude, he’s a straight shooter. He’s always very careful in his responses so I thought that was worth a mention. Good experience. Professional, polite, straight to the point.

Ever since I started my application process with this company a man named BILL has been an absolute charm. He is quick to reply back WHICH IS A PLUS FOR ME. He is easy to work with. He goes above and beyond to help with my housing needs and anything I don’t understand he takes his time in helping me. A lot of other Realtor treats me like I’m a burden this type of treatment makes me move on to someone else. I am truly blessed to find BILL with this company because I’m a disabled bedridden single mother with low income once I saw THIS COMPANY WORKS WITH YOU ON PAYING THE DEPOSIT I WAS TRULY SOLD. I would refer many other people with my situation to this company and I’m not finished with my own application yet lol. This is how much confidence I have in dealing with this company I RENT FOR THE LONG HAUL I’m always on time with my rent I’m quite and keeps to myself so I want to rent from someone I’m very comfortable with and can count on with other future needs

Overall experience renting from Alna was good. They mostly left me alone during my rental which was nice. Maintenance was prompt when I needed it. They did continuously raise my rent the past few years which led me to moving out. My move-out process was good. Ron Johnson helped me a lot during the process by being responsive and helpful. Even after I left items in the house by mistake.

I have not had the best experience with ALNA management as the company does appear to be unorganized however Ron Johnson has been such a pleasure to work with. He is the only “good” aspect of this company. Prior property managers who I was assigned to through this company were rude, lacked soft skills as well as empathy for customers. Ron has always went above and beyond for me regarding all of my concerns since he has been assigned as my property manager. My recent experience with Alna management started off very rocky, but thank so much to Erica and her team for being deligent in finding a quick resolution for my maintenance request. As long as Erica is involved im certain any future issue that arise will be resolved.

The new young guy that came out to my property today he done more than the guys thats been here for decades, I will definitely give him a five-star because he went beyond☝️ so yes communication is everything... I also had issues but you have to keep contacting them and keep getting on their nerves to make sure things get better but overall.. my five year experience would definitely be the maintenance not doing their job, just need my countertops thats been promised to me for over 4 years now, but other than that I cant complain!! Unless my countertops are not replaced because maintenance did damage them.. but the company I think its okay!!

Mr. Brevin came out and demonstrated 100% professionalism and thoroughness from start to finish of every task assigned. He took charge of the inventory sheet of repairs needed, completed shopping for the necessary items at Home Depot and got to work!!! He worked diligently and efficiently through out two days, not stopping until every box was checked. He is a true gem and an asset to Alna; as was Alnas Certified Plumber who was also sent out and ensured that the plumbing was working effectively and top notch. We look forward to him returning on Saturday to complete the job! Our mailbox was smashed and Alna is coordinating the repair of it so that it is just as spectacularly gorgeous as it was, matching others in the neighborhood / community!!! We ❤ Alna and are so happy to be a part of the Alna family we now call Home!!! They do not disappoint!!!Update:Another positive experience with Alnas Erika!!!Her follow through on the business of Management paperwork is 100%, seeing that maintenance requests are initiated A+, and being available for communication when maintenance residual work is still needed.Alna Management strives to utilize the best to serve its tenants and as every business has some issues that may not be top notch, they are right up there in the highly visible lead!!!They are a diamond in the rough!!! Especially Erika!!!

From start till now Ive had good experience when I finally got settled and moved Nahira called me to make sure everything went smoothly at first I was hesitant about calling for repairs due to the reviews I called and they had maintenance come out the next day and Blevin took his time and made sure things were working properly before he left and advised me on the next step on what else that need to be done A service is what I was expecting and what I received
