From December 2022 to December 2023, I leased an apartment managed by Allied Property Management. In October 2022, I was late on my rent and paid what I believed was the remaining balance to fulfill my lease. Unfortunately, I was $42 short, which led to a $115 late fee being added. Subsequently, I received an eviction notice just nine days before my scheduled move-out date of December 1, 2023.To summarize, I went to court and lost the case. What started as a $157 shortfall grew to $381, after the court cost was added. Almost a year later, I decided to address the situation and contacted Allied, the property management company at the time of my eviction. I visited their corporate office in Mansfield, where I met Marta Schmidt and Annabel Borboa. I presented them with the facts of my tenancy, and after giving them time to conduct their own research, they were puzzled as to why I was evicted in the first place.Both Marta and Annabel were extremely professional, pleasant, and understanding and overturned the eviction releasing the judgement against me. Their assistance came at a critical time for me, and I am truly grateful. Five stars simply isnt enough to express my appreciation for their outstanding service, which went above and beyond.

Karissa Henrie is AMAZING to do business with! I have worked with numerous managment companies in DFW and she, as well as the rest of the corporate staff by far is the most pleasant to work with. They are always is transparent with us and help foster a beautiful partnership. If anyone is looking to work with this company I would 10 out of 10 recommend.

This property management company goes the extra mile. They have done wonders for our business from the accuracy of the financials with the help of Kevin Mawhinney, to the willingness to meet the client in their needs with Nicole Zaitoon, and last but not least the outstanding level of detail from Stacie Eason. Stacie, our wonderful regional, has been essential to the success of our assets overseeing more than one location. She has a take care of it and positive attitude all the time. She works daily with the onsite managers to bring value to the ownership group and strives to continuously improve all aspects of our properties. Thank you Allied for everything you do and the support you give to your team and owners on a regular basis!

I have worked with Allied Property Management at the corporate level (specifically with Karissa Henrie). She has always been wonderful and pleasant to work with! If I were to move to the Dallas area, I would live in an Allied Managed community.

I have lived at the Boca Club Condos in Fort Worth for over 5 years. It is an older community but the HOA has been doing a lot of work on the buildings and grounds over the last few years. You can tell that people care about this place.The thing that makes it special though is the staff. They go above and beyond to help when it is needed. Sylvester, the groundskeeper, does an outstanding job of keeping things picked up and looking nice. David, the maintenance man, has saved my life more than once when I was in a jam. The office manager, Kim, goes out of her way to take care of the community and especially people in need. My little section of the community is quiet, diverse, friendly, and I am glad I ended up here. I feel like a gained a family when I moved to Boca
