Selene, CJ, and Trish have all been helpful and knowledgeable helping my family get in to the place we wanted.They have a portal where you can see all of the details of your account plus everything thats been charged and all payments youve made so its all out there in the open.Super accommodating and friendly staff.

Sarah and the rest of the alliance team is absolutely amazing. I moved to the Waco area from out of state and moved into a local apartment complex where they treated they charged me wrongfully on multiple occasions and refused to take responsibility for their actions. Sarah sat with me while I talked with this apartment’s management and helped go though every peice of paperwork and help me figure out what my options were. She is absolutely amazing and I appreciate her knowledge and understanding through the whole process and would absolutely recommend her in a heartbeat!

We were truly blessed not only with our rental with Alliance Property Management, but the team, as well. Alliance takes excellent care of their properties. We lived in our unit for over three years. In that time, we only needed maintenance to come on a few occasions for very minor reasons. Services were promptly and accurately rendered. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. I’ve rented with them for a year and a half. When you need anything they are there. They take good care of their residents and they take the time to sit down with you explain every detail to you. Also once your lease is up they give you a month to month option which is so helpful. Chelsea the front desk manager is absolutely so helpful. Any questions you have she is right there to help answer them. Just an all around amazing company to rent from. They are all extremely kind and very professional!! They solve any maintenance issues fast !

I had a really good experience. Management was real responsive to all my needs. Rent was affordable for what I had. It was a very nice duplex in Hewitt.Lease is tough to get out of though, and ended up paying out the remainder of the lease. So be aware of that. But thats just business.Otherwise a very good experience.

I waited to post a review until we had lived here for a half year. Needless to say, I would definitely recommend Alliance out of all of the Waco property managers I have worked with. While there were a few problems when we first moved in with our place, those were problems caused by the owner and not Alliance. And Alliance did everything they could and helped fix a lot of these problems for us in a timely and easy manner, communicating with us all along the way. Don’t listen to the bad reviews - Alliance is great!
