    Alex is very professional.     Alexandra was amazing! After searching for a home for months with no luck, putting in several offers and still coming up with nothing, my sister and her husband referred us to Alexandra Scanlon with Allegiance Property Management. The first day we began corresponding with Alex she met us face to face, and the next time we saw her, she showed us multiple houses, (one which ended up being our new home)! Alex made the whole process very positive & stress-free for us. Our experience purchasing our home was awesome, and anything we didnt understand, Alex was happy to explain!     Alexandra was referred to me by a friend whose property she was managing. From the beginning, she was very professional. Our property is in a challenging area to manage and she has done an amazing job of taking care of the properties and most importantly, taking care of the needs of the tenants. I know they are as glad to have her and we are. I have a peace of mind about these properties since she took them over that I have not had in quite a while. Alexandra does what she says she will do and when she says she will do it. She has been a 5 star manager for us and we look forward to a long relationship with her.

    I met Alexandra through a Veteran networking group and was immediately impressed with her. She was not over-imposing on her status as a real estate agent which is a relief compared to the average agent. Alexandra expressed a genuine interest in how she could assist me with my growing company.     Allegiance Property Management is amazing. They are able to stay organized. We had a situation where our rental had problems with the water heater. They were able to show several plumbers quotes and added pictures to us to assure the legitimacy of the required maintenance. They are fast to respond when there are questions or concerns.

    If youre looking for an agent that will work tirelessly in your best interests, Alexandra Scanlon is your lady! Prior to hiring Alexandra, the agent we were using posted unattractive, up-side-down photos of our rental home on Zillow and refused or did not know how to turn them around. He had no sense of urgency in getting our house rented. Alexandra swooped in, took amazing new pictures of our rental home, was very responsive to our questions and willing to work late into the evening. Alexandra is confident, knowledgeable and efficient. We felt extremely lucky to find her!

    Alex has been timely, efficient and very dependable at the management of my property in Garland, Tx. She goes above and beyond to get the best quote for repairs, and allows me the opportunity of bringing in my own contractor for jobs that need to be done. She also keeps me very informed about tenant and property issues that come up.

    I have a simple rule when picking a professional, when at all possible, choose the Marine. Sure Im biased as a former Marine, but that rule has never failed me, and in the few times when Ive violated that rule, its come back to haunt me.This isnt just pride in my service, it is something that the Marine Corps instills in its people and you can see it in the way Alexandria manages my property. Shes detail oriented, she a good leader, she listens to concerns and forms a plan before acting (not reacting), she is tenacious, she is a good communicator, she is mission focused, she is upfront with bad news but never brings a problem she brings solutions. Most importantly she did what somebody else couldnt get. Results.My property was sitting on the MLS for 100+ days in the prime renting season. When I made the switch to Alexandrea, my property rented in less than 45 days, during a much less desirable back-to-school time of year. I couldnt be happier.
