    Weve leased through All County Property Management since January 2018. Paying lease fees online is easy, as is putting in maintenance requests. Weve been pleased with our experience.10-28-2024 Just signed a renewal for 2025. I appreciate being able to review the terms of a renewal every October. The renewal process goes smoothly, and being able to electronically sign documents instead of driving to their office to sign saves not only time, but also gas.

    This is the best property management I ever worked with. It took time but it was worth the wait not only that as many times as I called to ask about our application Jacqui was calm and polite when assisting me with whatever I needed. As a pregnant mother with a 3 year old who has just got Terminated from her current residence only have a month time frame to find another its been hard, but with Jacqui she made me feel more calm about the situation thank you so much.

    Well i left a very negative review 11 months ago and just realized that it was still on there. I would like to clear there names post haste! There was a mix up in paperwork in which I was told I was denied when in fact I was approved! They apologized sincerely for which was really just a clerical error and went out of their way to contact me. Needless to say I got the property I wanted and I absolutely love it. Since Ive had the property, I have not encountered any unusual problems and when an issue arrived they dealt with it immediately! The ladies in the office really do go above and beyond! I will always refer All County Management to anyone looking for a home! They really are the best!!!

    The service here is fantastic! Mandy is the sweetest and took the time to get everything ready for me as I transitioned from my old place in Dallas to the new one in Fort Worth. The process was so smooth and flexible with my schedule. Even when my current landlord was refusing to cooperate with me on moving out, Mandy worked non-stop to assist in alternate avenues to be approved for my new place. Initially, I met Lisa at the property who was very thorough about the complex and its tenant history. She was very kind and inviting to everyone visiting. It has been a pleasant experience and Im excited to start my year here!

    What can we say about All County Property Management Group? Well, from beginning to end the entire process has been absolutely amazing. Mandy, Kimberly, and Natasha have guided us through this journey making it an amazing experience. We just moved from Mississippi, and thats a long way away. So everything is new and scary, but everyone here at All County Management Group has made this an easy transition. If we had to do it again we wouldnt use anyone else to help us find our home. I would without a doubt recommend them to anyone looking for a new home. My son and I agree that they are hard working individuals that make you feel comfortable and at ease. We have called them two, three, and even four times a day with questions through this process and they are always happy to help. 10/10 There is no one better!     My husband and I just signed a lease with All County. They have been very friendly, very quick to respond, and very helpful for all of our needs. After we applied, it took less than 24 hours to hear back that we were approved, and the lease was able to be signed immediately. Very easy online process for payments as well. We are hopeful this company will be as helpful throughout the leasing term as they have been on the front end.

    I was a little apprehensive when first contacting this company. All that fear and worry was brushed aside easily after interacting with Mandy and Kimberly. They are very nice and helpful. They also answer any questions you have, and if they cannot, they do their best to alleviate your worries. Overall, I am glad I went with these people.     After renting to a tenant on our own, we learned the hard way that it is far better to go through a property management group in order to protect all assets and prevent such disasters as late rent, bounced checks and damaged property without recourse. We hired All County Property Management Group to assist us in cleaning up the disastrous situation and they were amazing! For a reasonable and competitive fee, they changed the terms of our lease agreement for the next tenant, and they walked us through the process of obtaining a renter one step at a time. This is a wonderful company who hires friendly and competent staff who are always willing to assist, they always communicate with their clients, and they will go out of their way to make things happen on time. We are very happy with our results.

    I give them the address of my rental property and then I watch the rent money get deposited into my bank every month like clockwork. Its like my rental is on auto-pilot, which is what I envisioned when I began purchasing rentals. I dont even know the names of my renters nor what they look like and in turn, my renters dont know me.     ALPMG is an Outstanding company. They recently took over an account and realized the tenant was being under-charged for over three years. They raised the rent by over $400 and were able to convince the renters that they had been paying less than market value. Also, worked with us on a day-to-day basis to provide updates regarding communication with tenants. I would recommend this company to anyone. -KE
