We had an amazing experience working with Monica alejo From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. They made the process of moving into our new apartment so easy, always staying professional and attentive to our needs.When we encountered an issue with our fence shortly after moving in, Monica went above and beyond to resolve it quickly. She sent a team to fix it right away and even took the extra step of cutting down a nearby tree to ensure the fence wouldn’t be damaged again. This level of care and commitment truly exceeded our expectations.

I stay at Lockhart Meadows RV Parkand and I have been here almost a year . The staff here is very Friendly, Helpful, and Quick to Respond to our needs.The Property Manager, is Professional, Attentive, and Quick to Resolve any Issues. Norma truly cares about the residents here and provides Exemplary service! Martin the Groundskeeper is always Punctual. And goes Above and Beyond for the Park. The Park is Superbly Maintained! The Laundry room, Showers, and Dog park are Always Kept Clean. The Community is very Quiet, Well Lit, and a Safe Place to stay. Its Convveniently located on 183, 4 miles from the town of Lockhart Tx for any needs u may have. I Highly Recommend Lockhart Meadows RV Park... Its a Great Place to Stay!

I will say I wish there was a way to be connected in the portal to know when a provider will be on site and etc. other than that we had a great experience with terry we was very nice and efficient!

Terry Lemaire and Adrian took excellent care of an issue experienced with a slow draining sink. Adrian escalated the issue and Terry was at the front door in less than an hour. Terry was most pleasant and kept me informed each step of the way as to what he was doing, why, how long it would take and his findings. I appreciated greatly being kept informed. I also appreciated greatly the escalation on a Friday before a three day weekend. Shout out to the maintenance team!

I had a leak in my bathroom. I called and spoke to Adrian who was very nice and he made sure to have someone come out. I got the leak fixed and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I’ve had horrible experiences with maintenance orders at previous places that would take forever to get fixed so I was impressed with great service that was provided here!

Hello and good day, I moved in 2 months ago and everything was peachy until the AC went out, luckily the weather here in Austin wasnt scorching yet, I put a work order in and Terry came out and replaced my thermostat, it worked fine for a couple days then I had the same issue, fan, I was able to catch Terry when he was here and asked him again, he took time to help me out and informed me to put another work order in as it needed some more care. He was very professional and helpful, I thank yall here at Arya apartments for all the help.

Maintenance Tech Terry LeMaire did a fantastic job solving a big problem for us! A bird was trying to move into an exterior wall above our guest bathroom vent, and bugs started falling from the ceiling within a day, making that bathroom unusable. With my husband’s 80-year old mother about to fly in for the weekend, that was a huge problem. Terry expertly took care of it. He was friendly and polite, removed the debris, installed a grid to prevent future issues, and left everything very clean. Awesome job, Terry, thank you!

Issa maintains our pool and she is AMAZING. After the last bout of storms it was filled with leaves and other debris she came in drained it pressure washed it and had it crystal clear ready for use within 48 hours (its a huge pool for the whole complex). I see her there early in the morning and late at night and shes always kind and professional best pool maintenance Ive seen for a complex in my life. I dont know what she makes but I can say she deserves a raise. Thanks Issa

The assessment was really thorough, and I valued Roberts honest opinion and recommendations, especially since I didnt have too much experience with rentals. He took a lot of time to come up with a plan at no cost to me. And they have plenty of in house vendors ready to go with any updates or repairs needed pre-rental.
