I had a very good experience with All County Alamo. John and his staff treated me very favorably. The property was very clean and they always took care of my needs immediately, especially during this devastatingly hot summer. Working with john was a great experience. I have 3 rental houses and have had 2 other companies manage them prior to All County Alamo. ACA is very responsive and communicates well through the entire process. They have even helped me explore possible buy other rental properties.

THE BIGGEST 5 Star rating to John and his team of professionals. I have gone through 3 property management companies and fired the first 2 for doing substandard work. John and his team unrolled the red carpet for me in every aspect of the business. Whether it be questions past closing time or concerns with my tenants/property, they are always available to help and very responsive! (that is a big one for me). Overall, I find life is a lot more peaceful when you work with professionals and I found that in All County Alamo Property Management.

I have had such a positive experience with All County Alamo Property Management. They are extremely responsive, maintain and service my property as if it were their own, give great advice, use affordable and experienced contractors for repairs, and do their due diligence to ensure the property remains occupied. I had some reservation about leasing my property as opposed to selling after my move. Had I known All County Alamo was going to make it this easy, I wouldnt have thought twice. I strongly recommend this company.

Unlike some other managers Ive dealt with, its been a joy to work with a straight talking man of integrity who has saved me many headaches to get our company properties rent ready.We operate from out of the country and Darren and his team have looked after two properties for a couple of years now. While their Web Access program could do with a more user friendly data presentation, it does provide the basic data I need for my accounts.We liked Darrens team so much we gave them the job of selling the houses as we wound up that part of our business.I would recommend All County Alamo to anyone purchasing property near San Antonio, especially if they were from out of state!

I am an out of state owner so its important to have a reputable company you can trust. I had 3 other property managers prior to finding All County Alamo and they were all terrible. All County Alamo keeps me informed and I can look at my owner activity online which is great.

Darren and his Property Management Team at All County Alamo Property Management are the best. They have managed my properties for 10 years and have done an excellent job with each of my properties and always there for the tenants for each of my properties. I have never received a compliant from any of my tenants reference All County Alamo Property Management.
