Landon has been an amazing blessing to my wife and I. We approached Landon about mentorship and guiding us through investing in real estate. My favorite thing about them is they are more of a financial consultant in the real estate asset class than a traditional real estate agent/team. AirINN is absolutely top notch. I was at another short term rental management company and at first it was great. I felt like my property was getting the attention it needed to drive revenue and occupancy. As time went on I continued to feel that I my property wasnt a priority and revenue took a dip. When I went to try and make changes to increase revenue and occupancy it was always met with give us 3-5 days to respond and then they would fight me on why Id want to do things like lower the ADR to get bookings. I switched over to AirINN in May 2023 and within the first week and a half I had as much revenue on the books that I did with my previous company for the first 5 months of the year. The systems they have built out are top notch. My revenue and occupancy are crushing the competition in all 3 markets that I have rentals. Its crazy to see what theyve done for my properties. I am forever grateful and will be here for life. Best investment Ive ever made!!!

Working with AirInn has been such a positive experience for us. They have helped us navigate through every aspect of having a short term rental. Not only are they actual people and not some distant management company, they have depth of experience which provides reassurance to new folks in the game. This includes everything from how to stock your house, design suggestions, pricing, etc. Our personal experience with AirInn is them managing our property, but we are looking forward to booking directly through their site to stay at one of their great properties to avoid extra fees tacked on with other big name sites (you know who I mean 😉). Five stars all around!

They knew exactly where I should look and what kind of places to show me. Top notch service every step of the way. Right down to closing.
