My company has been renting with them for many years now. (Through the pandemic) they have always tried to be as upfront and have been very understanding of during the hard parts of our rebuild following the pandemic. Fair pricing and the staff are normally accessible for most hours by direct line. Would highly recommend renting from them and hope to continue to do business for years to come.

Affordable attractive realty is a great company. They have really been helpful with my transition to Texas from STL,mo. Any home issues I have had,they sent maintenance out fast. They are flexible with my rental payments is needed and Ive been here 2 years and will sign for a 3rd. Great company.

This is not something we normally do, but we wanted to use this opportunity and platform to share what a positive experience we have had with Affordable Attractive Realty since we became residents in 2019. Not only are they prompt when visiting a maintenance request, they are always kind and respectful of our time. We lived through a pandemic while renting with AAR, losing not only our jobs but both of our mothers as well. I have to say the compassion the management team showed was like nothing Ive seen before in this industry. Honestly I dont know how we would have survived having one crisis after another had we not been with the AAR team.We are so greatful to call their property home.
