I had a great experience at Adam hats! Location is great if you want to experience the night life. Industrial styled apartments with modern appliances. I would definitely recommend. A lot of the tenants are long term residents so there’s definitely a sense of community. The only suggestions I have is regarding the newly added trash valet services. Since it was implemented, the trash bags out in the hall are an eye swore and the valet service is way too picky with what they pick up. There were several times they’ve left a note at my door stating my trash wasn’t eligible for pick up because it was too heavy? The trash bag fit in the provided can so I was puzzled and needless to say I started throwing it out on my own. I felt the trash chute was more convenient.

Used a peerspace rental from 10-3p. Decent atmosphere. Parking was reasonable as well.

Beautiful loft my niece stays in. I love the sitting area to just hang out within the building and the workout gym.

I’m never leaving! I love this place and the location is perfect! Everyone is super nice and the maintenance guy is super sweet and helpful! I’ve always wanted a loft and this is by far my favorite 💕 thanks to the amazing leasing staff! 💕

I can only say great things about Stephanie with Deep Ellum Lofts. She made the process of touring Adams Hat Lofts and the application process smooth and amazing. She was punctual with the emails. She was always willing to help out and communicate.

Ive lived in Dallas for three years and in Adam Hats for one. I love my apartment in the building. The apartments are fairly industrial and have a lot of exposed brick and duct work. Laura and the office staff are always friendly and helpful. Service requests were always fulfilled within 24 hours. The only drawbacks stem from the fact that it is an old building. The single pane windows look cool, but are not very energy efficient. When my lease was up I was sure to sign it over to one of my friends. I would highly recommend this building!

Ill be moving into my new unit next week, Im super excited. Denise has kept great communication with me, even through snow storms and a pandemic, they made sure I was able to tour my Unit!
