We rented from Judy with Active Real Estate for a year and a half. We would have definitely rented longer, however the owner of the property was very eager to sell. Judy was always very friendly and professional. Even outside of the “business” of real estate she was kind and polite. When we were forced to move out of our previous home and decided to move we met and signed our lease with ease. She made the process of our unexpected move run very smooth. During our residency in our home she provided prompt service for any and all issues we had. Mind you the issues were very minimal as she kept our property up and ensured that things ran. One day, we had a minor leak over our bathroom vent (very common) it was a torrential downpour outside and she made sure to have someone come out ASAP to repair the leak. We had not 1 issue with Judy or her repair team. I highly recommend her. We moved out of the Magnolia area, but if we are to ever rent or buy in the future we will most likely give her a call! We would for sure rent from her again!

I rented from Judy for almost 3 years and didnt have any problems. Always helpful, and always answers your calls in a promptly manner. I am renting a second place from her now and I am VERY pleased with her.
