Our homeowners association switched to Action Management a little more than a year ago. Their deep dive into our buildings systems, staffing, procedures, and physical appearance has been impressive. I am on the board of directors, and while it was a difficult decision to make a management change, we chose a great partner. We have been going through maintenance issues as an association, and likewise have a major project on the horizon and their guidance, expertise, and professionalism has been a welcome addition to better managing our collective home. I can only speak in my capacity as a homeowner, but I am quite satisfied with the changes.
