Im very thankful to Tasha and my HOA for helping me get a fee taken care of that was on our account that we were unaware of. APM is in the process of moving, and I know how hard that can be to try and juggle so much and still help folks resolve issues. Tasha went out of her way to contact our trash pickup service so that they knew not to skip us this week, and I could not be more appreciative! Thank you to everyone who helped us 💗😊

We have had Action for a year as management company for our HOA. My experience is that they do a very good job in helping us with our DRs, checks, paperwork etc. as needed. I would recommend Lee and his staff. I have yet to find anyone who has not been helpful. Any hiccup we have had has been handled. While no one management company is perfect, they do what we need and are helpful.

Property Managing companies are hired by HOA Boards elected by homeowners to enforce governing documents, pay bills, and collect dues. They arent in charge of getting Communities pool, clubhouses, or other recreational facilities. They send out letters to homeowners violating the CCRs or other governing documents. This is what the HOA Board pays them to do … your dues are not paid to the Property Management Company, but collected to pay the bills in your community for the next year. Action Property Management (APM) does an excellent job at enforcing governing documents, paying the bills, and collecting dues and past due accounts. They are low costs and help HOAs maintain their community budgets and advise HOA board as needed or when issues arise. After using other companies, APM far surpasses all others for our needs and they definitely get my 5 stars.

I have had a great experience working with Rebecca and her team. They are professional, responsive and quick to make things happen. I would recommend them to Boards looking for a change.
