Mayfield is the new manager for our subdivision. He was so helpful and really cared about our needs. He certainly went the extra mile to help us. We spoke to other people in the office as well, and everyone we spoke to was pleasant and helpful. -

This is a great management company, I have read the reviews and have concluded that these people that have posted the negative reviews are unaware that there are HOA board members that live in the community that forward issues that conflict with HOA rules. Having had a poor management company before switching to acmi in our condo community I can assure you they have turned our property around from a negative cash reserves to very much the positive. Looks like these haters dont know that board members that live in the community vote on letters and other penalties that home owners receive for not complying with the rules and regulations that are in place to keep a community up. Perhaps they should run as a board member, that way maybe they could see the big picture. Or make the move to a unrestricted property where perhaps they would be happy. -
