Our HOA uses Accelerated Management. They are always on top of any issues that arise. Jaime and her property managers are always available via phone or email. They are also local which is great. I highly recommend them!!

Our HOA just left a big management company, you could never get anyone on the phone, our neighborhood was looking run down due to lack of oversight. They didnt care about the Homeowners within the HOA nor our neighborhood they were supposed to be managing. We switched to Accelerated and it is a night and day difference. Konni is very responsive, she sat on the phone with me and walked me through how to log onto the system and walked me through how to set up auto payments. Whenever I email her i get a response in a timely manner, If I could give more stars I would. Its been a short time but so far I am extremely impressed!!!!

Our HOA has been very pleased with Accelerated Management so far. They have managed our 74 home community since Oct 2022.The best way to communicate with them is thru email. They do full service, making sure invoices are sent, collected, doing drive thru a, managing vendors, doing AP, filing taxes, keeping us legal and running our quarterly meetings.

My family and I have been in this neighborhood for about 7 years now. AAMC came in about last year and has done wonders. No lack of communication like many HOA management companies have. They are one top of making sure our community is in its best condition.

After meeting with 6 different management companies only to find out that all but 1 were sister companies.We decided to switched to Accelerated in 2022 and we could not be more pleased with their friendliness and always ready to help with anything. If they make a mistake they take full responsibility for it with no blame on someone or something else.I would highly recommend Accelerated Management!

Jamie and her team are very responsive when issues are brought to their attention. They return calls on the same day and respond to emails quickly. Very professional and informative in our HOA meetings. Many of the homeowners in our community has said positive things about the response they have received when contacting Jamie and her team to report problems and keeping them updated on the progress/completion of the work.

Jamie Morris is hands down one of the best managers to work with in your HOA. She has been the management company for HOA ever since we took it over from the builder. The best quality about Jamie is that she is so responsive at following up. Her communication skills are off the chart. She also executes quickly on any requests. Jamie has a great book of referrals for any contracting or maintenance that your community may need. I would highly recommend Jamie and her management company to manage your HOA.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Jamie and her company, as a homeowner (in one of her property management subdivisions), and also as an HOA board member. Jamie is very responsive, is keenly aware of budgets, and listens closely to the comments of both board members and residents. Both very welcomed qualities. She is open to ideas, not a follower of “we’ve always done it this way” mentality.

In this day and age, every HOA has to deal with covenants and state laws. Jamie has been excellent in providing that support. She is friendly, outgoing, and very much a professional. Documents such as monthly financial reports are provided in a very timely basis. Her contacts with contractors to address issue for irrigation, lawn maintenance, landscaping and more have helped tremendously.
