My renter moved out October 31st and due to still having a mortgage I needed to get someone moved in ASAP. I contacted Accel property mgt and they immediately got to work. Ann and Erika were super knowledgeable and professional. Within 2 days they not only had a suitable renter for me but the contract was immediately created. Six days after the house went vacant, I had a new family moving in. Ann and Erika stayed in touch with me and kept me updated during the entire experience. I highly recommend this agency and plan to use them again the next time I need their services.

We purchased a property that was tenant occupied and had an existing lease even though we had no desire to be landlords. We continued with Accel Property Management since the previous owners had been using them. They helped us every step of the way until the tenants lease expired. They patiently answered all of questions, never making us feel inadequate even though we had zero experience in dealing with tenants. We only had to wait out the final 5 months of the lease before taking possession of the property, and once again Accel helped during this whole process. They were WONDERFUL! Do not hesitate to use this company! They are respectful and professional and will do exactly as they promise. We are grateful for their expertise and they made our experience a seamless process.

I just got started with Accel a couple of months ago. I recently purchased a 4-plex in Edinburg from out of state and have since relocated to one of the units. From the first time that I talked to Ann she was extremely professional and responsive to my inquiries. She went above and beyond to help me out, and on top of doing an excellent management job on the property, she and her team have been so helpful with my familys relocation to the area. I went in to the office and was able to meet the whole team, and I can confidently say that they are all fabulous people. Chuck, Anns husband is a great guy. In the little time that Ive been here he has been on top of anything that Ive asked for and extremely informative and helpful pertaining to any maintenance that I could do myself, and the guys that work under him are fantastic too. Arleen has gone above and beyond at answering my questions through e-mail as well! I havent worked with Erica yet, but Im positive it will be a great experience because this company and their team really shine. Ive been working with Accel Property Management as a landlord for a little over 2 years. Ive had nothing but positive experiences with them. They follow through with their plans, and always keep me in the loop when it comes to my property. The send me monthly reports, and explain everything in detail. When it comes to income tax season, they provide me with all the paperwork I need to file. The vendors they use to repair and get your property ready for rent are top notch. Ive dropped in unannounced to check on my property, and all I can say is theyre a group of professional people with outstanding service. The office staff along with the maintenance staff are easy to work with, and provide you honest feedback. They have never been rude to me, or gave me the runaround. My septuagenarian mother and octogenarian father were struggling with tenants and their rental properties. I’m not sure how, but my technologically impaired mother found some guy on Facebook, that claimed to be a property manager in the RGV area and could help them. To keep it short, I will just say it was a total disaster.I was living 1300 miles away and was desperate to have a legitimate Property Management company work with my parents’ and their properties. After some research of Property Management companies in the RGV area, I had my parents contact Accel Property Management & Investments. The key reasons being; I wanted a Property Management company that had a team behind it, portal access, transparency on how they do business and service fees. Shortly after my parents’ inquiry to Accel, Erica sent over some documents with an overview of exactly what I wanted to know, an outline of expectations and fees.It’s been almost a year now that my parents’ and I have been working with the team (Ann, Chuck, Erica, & Saul) at Accel; the professionalism and dedication to both our properties and our tenants is a blessing. I love that Erica promptly communicates with reports on the rental listing, uploads, leases and owner reports to the portal. There is also Chuck who does the inspection reports and lets us know of any repairs or compliance issues that need to be taken care of. I’m always in the loop of what is going on and everything goes into the owner portal. 😊Accel is a full-service professional Property Management company, and they can take care of it all, but my parents won’t have it, they must be involved. My dad enjoys doing repairs when they come up and my mom loves to paint and get the properties ready for new tenants; Accel and my parents have that all worked out. The Boss Lady, Ann, always takes my dad’s calls when he has questions. She has built a wonderfully dedicated team that resolves issues and finds qualified quality tenants. Have been renting with Accel since 2013 and they have been great. Only one issue in 3 years that rubbed us the wrong way. We made a work order request and the person on the phone belittled my wife. He made an assumption that we caused the problem but it is an older house with ongoing issues. Other than that we have had a great relationship with Ann and also with Chuck (who we consider a good friend).Bottom line- based upon my experience I would recommend this company to friends and family.

We are very happy here ,of course there have been things here and there that needed to be fixed but no problem with that . In the beginning Mr.Chuck would be the one coming over to fix some of the things if not he would call somebody right away. I actually miss seeing him around and talking to him, hes such a nice man! Ann has always been there for us too . But now, they have Eduardo there Maintenance Manager who I think is doing a great job and is very professional. After six years of living in a wonderful home in McAllen managed by Accel, I have moved to another house in Corpus Christi. Let me say that my new place could take a few pointers from Accel!! The move-in and move-out process with Accel was easy and handled professionally. This company always responded well to repair requests. Communication with the office was always important to me whether it be to report issues in the area affecting the property (i.e. the neighbor’s dog breaking through the fence) or problems with the sprinkler system, Accel responded to my questions and found solutions. I will miss living in McAllen...especially this property that truly felt like my own home.

I own property in Edinburg and it was managed by Accel as we had relocated to SA.My opinion as a property owner who uses their property managemen services, Ann and their staff (particularly Ann) have great communication, she is always clear and if you ask questions (like myself) she takes the time to explain everything. She is straight forward and keeps you up to date (by getting repair approvals and sending monthly statements with backup paperwork every time). Never shy to answer the phone and discuss topics like repair prices and vendor estimates and for me thats top notch. New hire eduardo gave a good explanation of a AC motor situation we had. The last tenants at my property were great, and thats because of their strict tenant selection.She always made sure to have reserve funds to take care of repairs for the tenants and pay the contractors. Which for me is fair, even tho i might gotten the short end some months, its the nature of the rental property business.They have done a great job so far. Now we are looking to sell the property and I hope to have a smooth process as well.Hector R

Accel property management goes above and beyond to answer your questions and to make repairs. I had a water valve burst open outside on a weekend, and it was gushing out water gallons by the second. Eduardo had somebody go out there and fix it. It total the fix took about 45 min. Great timing and there was no change in my water bill. Highly recommended.
