We never considered renting our house until my brother told us about ABOVE. He purchased a second home in Colorado & was spending a lot of time there, so he began working with them.My husband and I also wanted a second home, and had an extended international trip planned. So we started the onboarding process with ABOVE to rent & manage our place.Our property is a rare gem - guests come over and they never want to leave! My husband and I like sharing it and even gave it a name - Lake Austin Harmony House. From the first moment we stepped inside, the lake and Hill Country views took our breath away. A Texas Mission style estate perched high on a hill with soothing energy, incredible natural beauty, and lots of privacy. The big light-filled rooms are enhanced by down-filled designer sofas, custom finishes, and original artwork. A shaded path to the lake and boat dock makes hiking, swimming, and paddle boarding fun and convenient..When guests want to venture out, the ABOVE concierge books dinner reservations or tickets to live music shows.They do a great job taking care of our estate while accommodating the personal needs of each guest. Their team makes us feel like family and guests are well cared for while staying at our home. ABOVE manages the details so we have peace of mind when we are away. It is a wonderful partnership and we are truly thankful for their service.

I dont know how ABOVE does it all, but their common denominator in all they do is that they are all the best people in the world! ABOVE is the gold standard in luxury rental experiences.
