I rented from 806 Property Management for 6.5 years. They care about their properties and take great care to maintain them. Maintenance requests were always taken care of within 24hrs. The company was always very responsive to communication and any requests for help. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend their company to any friends and family. 806 Property and Russell were some of the best landlords I’ve ever rented from.

I have been renting from 806 Property Management for going on 4 years now and at two different properties. I have to say they are amazing to work with and absolutely very prompt in addressing any maintenance issues. Very reasonable pricing and very nice homes.

I cant speak for every property manager at 806 Property Management. I know there are quite a few. Traci is the best! Shes very professional, very fair and a wonderful person. After signing a 6 month lease with her and staying in our house for about 8 months, the property owner decided to sell. We began looking at other house rentals in Lubbock but didnt want to work with anyone else but Traci. We ended up finding a Duplex managed by Traci and ended up liking it much more than the house. We lived in the Duplex just over a year. We had maybe 2 maintenance issues while we were there and both times, Traci sent someone out the very next day. When/If we end back up in Lubbock, we will not rent from anyone else.-Christopher 9803 Ave V

The people who work at 806 PM make this company the best company to deal with. I really feel like they care personally about their tenants and not just the rent money they receive. They are honest and full of integrity and really work for fairness between both renters and home owners!

I am in process of building my home and the 806 property management properties have made it a nice transition. The home I live in is nice, clean, and they take care of the property in a prompt manner! I would recommend anyone to this company to find their next home because it is hard to find a good rental property without the headache.

We are out of town owners, and I must say that finding a great property management company in Lubbock is extremely difficult. We initially went with Westmark and after a terrible experience with them, Traci at 806 Property Management completely cleaned up the mess Westmark created and found us great renters within a couple of months. They have knowledgeable staff and are very quick to respond to both the property manager and the tenants. It is a huge relief to know that we have competent and professional individuals to manage our rental property while we cant be there to check up on things. Highly recommended.

We moved into a brand new house and lived there almost 3 years. Never had an issue with management and we even got back half of our deposit upon move out. The few move out charges we did get were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this management company!

Not perfect, but I would chose them over Meridian Property Management. Ive dealt quite a few of the property management companies and I used to complain about every little thing. After I witnessed Meridian scamming owners and tenants on a monthly basis, I realized nobody will ever be as bad as them. Its not even close.
