I could not be more impressed with the wonderful staff at 3G Properties! I switched 2 and a half years ago after having some very bad management from a very big name well known company and we couldnt be happier! I own close to a dozen single dwelling homes between Lewisville, Flower Mound & Corinth. They handled our transition wonderfully and not one issue ever took place! Our tenants are quite happy with their quick response to maintenance and billing questions also. Im currently single parenting 3 kids and they have been wonderful with all communications that need to take place. Shirley Johnson and her team truly go out of their way to make sure everything and everyone is well. Definitely highly recommended!!

I have used Shirley Johnson and Mary Devenport at 3G Properties for several years to manage 13 rental units and I wouldnt think of looking elsewhere. The team at 3G Properties always provides excellent service with minimal oversight required by me. I 100% trust 3G Properties to make decisions about my rentals as if I were making them myself. I know that they have my best interest, as well as the tenants interest, as a priority. Shirleys knowledge of property management laws is exceptional. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to repair issues so that the tenants are well taken care of. I would recommend 3G Properties to anyone needing a property management company!

The management company is great! They answer questions timely and are so responsive on maintenance requests. Our garage door broke and my car was stuck inside. I put in a request on Sunday and someone was at our house first thing Monday morning to help me open the door manually so I could get my car out to go to work. Then the repair person came out a few hours later to fix the broken spring on the garage door. He was so nice and considerate of my sleeping baby, and tried to be quiet. They are always super fast and responsive about maintenance requests and it makes renting a home a breeze.

I submitted a maintenance request online, through the 3G Properties Group portal. Maintenance supervisor Ovel scheduled our work immediately.The next day, maintenance tech Oscar came by my house. He was courteous and capable,l. He took care of my smoke alarm problem and got my dishwasher repair moving forward.Very satisfied. These guys are great!

I love this management property! We live outside Texas and they were recommended to us in 2013. We had a house that we purchased with our daughter who relocated due to work so the house became a rental. When we decided to purchase additional properties, we chose to purchase in Texas because of the outstanding job 3G Properties has done managing the first property and their exemplary communication with us. Shirley assisted us in identifying the property and made the process seamless with both purchases. I cant express how much we love working with this company and appreciate Shirley as both a realtor and property manager.

The attention-to-detail, timeliness, responsiveness, and sheer professionalism blows us away. The property needed some work after we took ownership, and the 3G team managed all of this incredibly fast (during the holidays) and got it rented very quickly. This would have been impossible for us to do out-of-state, and solidified our confidence in our decision to work with them.We dont want to worry about our investment property, and with 3G Properties, we dont have to.

This is a wonderful group of people to rent from. One instance is from the recent winter weather in Texas. Unfortunately a couple of the pipes froze in the house I rent through 3G. When thawing, the pipes burst. 3G maintenance made sure I got the water to the house turned off. When the maintenance guy came to fix the pipes he got right to it, wasting no time. He was very professional, knowledgable and courteous. I could not ask for a better experience.

We moved to the North Texas area in May of this year and have been renting from 3G Properties. We had looked at various rental properties while we are trying to determine where we want to live and ultimately purchase a home. The properties in 3Gs portfoio are better maintained than others we looked at. As a newcomer to the area, the 3G team has been extremely responsive and helpful; not only with a few routine maintenance calls, but also with providing useful information on the surrounding area. While looking for a home to purchase, we are also working with Shirley Johnson to help us find an investment property, which in turn we will trust to 3G to manage for us.Update: since the time I posted this review, my husband and I unexpectedly relocated from DFW to the Houston area. We also found thru Shirley an investment property which is being managed by 3G Properties. As this was an unplanned move and requires a year commitment, we moved into a furnished townhome. We worked with a realtor on the lease, but the prooerty is owner managed vs being managed by a property management company. 3G Properties leases and manages our investment house in DFW. The night and day contrast between a self managed property vs professionally managed is significant. I wont go in to the challenges we have faced in the initial week, however just basic things such as Texas Property Code requirements are not known by an individual. Shirley and her team at 3G Properties take care of all details so you, the homeowner (and home) are protected and the tenant has a pleasant leasing experience. By the way, we are in a high end property ($300K) in an exclusive neighborhood.
