I was a tenant at a property managed by 360 Properties for several years. I found Nicole and Chasity to be prompt, courteous, and professional. They took over from a previous property management company. The maintenance contractors that 360 uses are far superior to what we were getting previously. I never hesitated to reach out to them and they always took care of everything the owner approved quickly and well.

Nicole was an absolute God-send for me and my wife! We moved from Canada for a new job and Nicole helped us navigate the entire home buying process from start to finish. We had a tight window of opportunity to see as many houses as possible, and Nicole made it happen. She provided us with great advice that fit our familys needs, and she helped us land our dream home! Nicole was so patient (especially for someone like me who asks many questions), and went out of the way to ensure we had the best home buying experience. I cant recommend her enough!!

Working with Nicole Martin has been a true pleasure. Im from out of state and wanted to purchase an investment property -- Nicole was absolutely instrumental in showing us homes (via FaceTime!) and helping us get the offer accepted. To get it rented, I chose Nicole as my broker and property manager. She has been great about making sure that its ready for my first lucky tenants!

Simply perfect!Nicole is the best in the business if you need a good property manger, I have used her for all of my rental properties and have never had a single problem! She handles my properties as if they were her own, I was having an issue with one of my tenants keeping the grass cut and she simply took care of what needed to be done! I cant praise her enough! I recently vacated a property that 360 properties managed. I had a 1-year lease and have nothing bad to say about the management team. In fact, it was a pleasure to rent from them. When I first took possession of the property Nicole encouraged me to fill out a move in check list where I was able note any pre-existing damage. I am glad that I thoroughly filled this out line by line. This document is to protect both the owner and the tenant. I took video/pictures and turned the move in check list within 5 days of me taking possession. The first week of my occupancy Nicole happened to take a vacation but she left all her duties in good hands with Chasity. I had a few questions about the mailbox and other things about payment and Chasity was so delightful and pleasant and answered all my questions. A few months into my occupancy I had emailed 360 properties about an issue with the microwave and Nicole promptly responded with answers to all my questions and resolved the issue quickly. I only stayed 1 year because I ended up purchasing a home but would’ve stayed longer if I remained a renter. I gave a 60 day notice to vacate and hired people to clean the carpet and deep clean the house the last two of my lease. I ended up giving it a once over myself after the deep clean (I have high standards of what is clean). I also made sure the lawn was cut, trimmed, weeded and watered and turned in all my keys. I received a personal note from Nicole thanking my wife and I about the condition we left the home. My 1-year stay was pleasant, and Nicole Martin and Chasity Rojas helped make it a pleasant stay. I would recommend 360 Properties.

A few years ago we moved away to California and quickly needed to find renters for our home in Leander. Nicole made things incredibly easy for us. She kept us informed about any issues and didnt pressure us to make any decisions we didnt want to regarding our home. Later we eventually had to sell our home, and again, Nicole made this a painless process. I highly recommend her services, either for leasing out your house, or for selling it.

Had a 6.5ac lot that I had been trying to sell for 3yrs. Used 3 other realtors with no luck. Met Nicole through a mutual friend and gave her the opportunity. In less than 10 days we had multiple offers, closed within 30 days, and sold the property for what I had been asking.After the property sold, I put Nicole on the path to finding me a house on small acreage lot. It took some time to find exactly what I wanted, but she was finally able to track one down. She helped me through the entire process and made it much easier on me than previous home purchases.I will definitely use her again if Im in the market and highly recommend Nicole to all my friends and family in the area.

We are so, so grateful for Chasity and all she did to help us find our rental home in the Austin area. We moved from Cincinnati, OH. My hectic work schedule in Ohio and limited off time only allowed me to look at homes way too early for a lease starting in July. Our only option was to put our trust in a realtor to find a home for us that we could not see in person; and Chasity went above and beyond. She met with us during our short visit to Texas in April, took the time to show us a variety of homes, and carefully noted our preferences. Once the move-in date got closer, she visited multiple homes for us and recorded very detailed video footage for us to view. She found the perfect home for our family. We can’t speak highly enough of Chasity and will definitely work with her again once we buy a home.

(She was even able to sell it for more than I thought I was gonna be able to get and got it under contract within a few days of listing it, then closed and sold it within a month!) Youre the best! Thanks to Chasity Rojas for assisting my husband and I in renting our new home. When I began the search process, I was clueless where to begin. I thought I had to do it all on my own when requesting to see homes. Each time I spoke to someone, they asked if I was a realtor or if I had one. Some even offered their services and I accepted. Soon I realized none of these people were for me UNTIL I spoke to Chasity. Although we communicated by email initially, I could tell this gal was top notch and knew what she was talking about. She told me her services were free of charge (yay) and she asked my preferences (sq footage, close proximity to work, yard size, bedroom and bath #s, etc). She sent (or maybe it was automatically programmed) home listings that fit our preferences. When I saw a home that looked appealing, I would contact her to either ask more questions or view the home. She was open and honest – something I can highly respect and appreciate! She would respond as if she were in my shoes. She was easy to reach by email or phone and very attentive. Honestly, I’ve never had a better experience. After a few weeks of searching, we found the PERFECT place and we’re all moved in. I already have ONE person on my reference list and will be contacting her within the next 6 months for his move. Thanks again Chasity! You rock, girl!

I don’t write reviews much, but I felt like I had to write one for Chasity. Otherwise, I wouldn’t feel good. I met Chasity by accident when I was looking to transition from apartment to a rental home due to growing family.Chasity is a joy to work it. She did everything humanly possible to make sure we get the house that meets our specification. Mind you, our requirement changed about 3 to 4 time in the process and we had 2 or 3 houses that fell through. We looked at about 8 houses and Chasity did Facetime with us for the ones we couldn’t get to in person because we were moving from Dallas to Austin and could not drive 3 hours every single time. This was also around the time where I was very busy with work. Chasity will respond to my text or pick up my phone in the morning, night and even weekends. I never got an ounce of frustration coming from her or her attitude even when myself and my wife were already quite frustrated with the whole process.At one point in time, I asked her: “How are you not tired of hearing my voice already?”… She laughed and said she loves her job. It is no brainer that we will be using her service when it’s time to get our own place because she’s a rare gem out of rare already rare ones.I just can’t imagine working with another agent except her because she’s hardworking, honest, dedicated, punctual and very responsive. You will be lucky to have her represent you. NO JOKE
