Brian recently showed us a few offices for lease. From the very beginning, I found him to be 100% more responsive than most of the other commercial realtors Id been trying to communicate with. He answered his phone, replied to texts and emails quickly. He had all the facts on each property and if something did come up he didnt have an answer for, he found out and got back to me right away. In todays world, its almost unheard of for sales people to do whats expected of them...be nice and know their stuff. Brian was a breath of fresh air, very down to earth and just a likable guy. If we do move forward on new office space, he is definitely the realtor Ill reach out to.

He was able to show the property to myself and a second time for my girlfriend as well. Brian was even able to have our property available for us by the Memorial Day weekend, and we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received. Easy application process and accommodations for select people with not so great credit (extra deposit). Handles matinence well, and has the EASIEST system for making your payments using an app! When calling the company, they usually answer and always return calls if you leave a VM. Brian was very communicative with me regarding all matinence, payments, and more all the way til I moved away due to moving back to Arlington. I would recommend renting from them!

Everything that i needed done maintenance wise they were always done in a timely manner, and here recently i had reached out to them about putting up some security cameras and they were very understanding and offered to put some up themselves to face the vehicles off our duplexes. Great company to tenant with, very understanding, always looking for ways to better their properties/ and be there for their tenants.

1st Realty is an excellent property management company. I had an issue with a high value appliance in the home and 1st Realty worked with the homeowner to have it replaced in just a few days. For any repair related issues, the staff always works quickly to send someone out to repair the issue within 1 to 2 days. Many property management companies just collect rental checks and dont work on behalf of the tenant, just the homeowner or landlord. 1st Realty works hard for both and I recommend them highly.
