    The office staff is great! They were able to assist me in getting started with contractor information. They all are bilingual and are super friendly. Go to them for all of your service repairs and painting.

    I have been using Total for awhile now. They are very responsive to your needs and will help with everything they can. I have a porter and housekeeper, who both are wonderful. They have gotten into a routine with my property and I do not have ask what they have done. You can tell what has been done by just walking everything and seeing how clean everything is and the eye for detail they have. I am having a hard time keeping up with them sometimes. Kimani has been good to work with and is very respectful and always asking what else I need help with on the property. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
