I spoke with Travis at TKW, on a Tuesday morning, regarding a makeover of my 20+ year old backyard storage shed. Travis and his crew were at my home, that very afternoon, taking measurements, discussing the work to be done, my decisions and giving me a free estimate of the required work to be done. Their was no waiting and their work began early the next day. They removed and replaced the old weather warn siding and trim, leveled the structure due to a slight slope in the ground. Finally they painted the new siding and trim. They did the work at a good price. It does NOT like a reprepaired older structure, it looks like a brand new building.Whether large or small, I would highly recommend TKW Property Management for your own projects! They are polite, easy to talk to and 100% professional!!!
