I greatly appreciated the customer service that we received for the plumbing job on our kitchen sink.Not only was the technician incredibly efficient, polite, and friendly, but the company also reached out to me multiple times via text to remind me of our appointment, and to notify me that our technician was on the way.It may seem like a basic thing, but we’ve worked with several maintenance companies who left us in the dark wondering when they’d show up (usually outside of the agreed upon timeframe).Our technician showed up at the very start of our timeframe, and finished so quickly and efficiently that I was even able to return to work for the remainder of my day.Thank you, Stellar Maintenance, for a great experience. Five stars!

Chris the plumber came to our house and did a fantastic job. He called to give me an ETA before arriving. He was very friendly and professional. Chris explained everything he was doing before completing the job and again after completing it. He even put on shoe covers like the ones doctors wear so as to not dirty the floor. Cannot speak highly enough about this technician.I am renting a home and have had several issues arise like a bad hot water heater and a broken under ground main line.Stellar has ended up sending out Chris McCall as the technician each time and all of the repairs have been flawless. I have also been super busy and he has worked around my crazy schedule.He also has explained everything every step of the way and even helped me understand my next steps with the property management company.Seriously, great job. If the need arises for me to call a plumber on my own- Ill definitely be calling his company!!

Jose Castaneda was amazing! He took his time and he had great attention to detail when my lights stopped working. He even discovered and fixed another outlet that could’ve brought issues much later. Jose took into consideration my newborn and he did his work without disrupting her sleep schedule. I felt safe in the house with Jose over while my husband was at work. I’d choose Jose Castaneda over and over again for any repair needs!

The tech that came to my house was Jose Castaneda, words cannot even begin to describe how wonderful Jose is! There are issues I’ve had with this house for a long time and some of them even I was told from other previous technicians that they were not issues able to be fixed. Jose came to my house, and not only did he fix every issue but also one of the longest issues i have had that I was told wasn’t fixable. Jose is excellent at his job, and just made things so much easier on me now.As well as being very skilled at his job, Jose also was extremely friendly and outgoing. Very easy to have conversation with, and any concerns I had he made sure to handle with 100% care and attention. He spent a lot of time to assure me everything was working and even helped give me future advice on how to help the house run better as far as electrical issues.When I need electrical help, I only want Jose going forward because he is the perfect man for the job! Stellar is a lucky company to have such a hard working and kind employee on their team.Thank you again so much Jose! You are an absolute life saver.

Beyond impressed with Dylan Dalton! He was prompt with his arrival window, contacted me to let me know he had arrived which I was grateful for so my dogs didn’t go crazy. Ray did an outstanding job. We had a water pipe break in the front of the house and we were without water for 6 days. When he pulled up it was a sign of relief. He had his mobile workshop and his excavator ready to fix the issue. He fixed it within an hour and now my family and I have water in the house again! We are so happy and he did an amazing job. I would totally recommend him and the company to do what they do best.

Barry came to fix a door for us and did a wonderful job!! It was horribly aligned before so it wouldnt close, but now it closes with ease. While he was fixing it, I asked if the rental agency sent him for another issue too, but he said no. However, he said he was willing to take a look at it. It was a towel rod that hadnt been placed properly before we moved in. After assessing it, he said he could take care of it after the door. He repaired it in no time and it looked great! Most importantly it was functional again. I was beyond pleased with Barrys professionalism, respect, and great attitude. Thank you!!!

After the crazy weather we were having here in Texas, we ended up having a burst pipe even after taking all the precautions. I contacted my company and they sent out a contractor as soon as they could (very thankful!)Tommy the plumber came by and fixed our busted pipe on the upper floor. It was a little hard to find as our layout is a bit different, but he was very understanding and patient and worked around what he could. After the job was done, he also helped turn on the water heater, as its gas powered and needed a little tuning to get going. Being inexperienced myself, this was a very much appreciated gesture. I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

Tommy the plumber was exceptional. He came out the day after Thanksgiving to work on a clogged sewer line. It was late Friday evening when he had to work on our system but his attitude was wonderful. You would have thought it was 2:00 in the afternoon on a regular weekday. He never once complained about being called out on a holiday weekend and when I apologized for having to have him come out he was very gracious and told me it was his job and he would do everything he could to get us back in service as quickly as possible... and he did. My property manager uses their company for a lot of the maintenance issues. IFM restoration has been fantastic recently. I was having an issue with my toilet due to the fill valve going bad. The gentleman who came out, Greg, was very professional and courteous. He called me to let me know he was stuck at a job and that it would be closer to 4 PM. I let him know that actually works out great for me and to call me when he was 30 or so minutes away because I was at work. He sent me a text when he was headed to my home and gave me 45 minutes notice. He was well prepared and brought all of the parts he thought he would need beforehand. He had ended up replacing all the old parts in the toilet and was done in a quick and thorough manner. I appreciate him being so kind and making this experience as stress free as possible. I’ve had maintenance from other 3rd parties come out that never call and have me waiting for hours on end, only to show up and leave within 5 minutes without fixing anything. IFM restoration made sure that we had the best experience possible. Everything is working well now!

Jesse is the one who came out after 5pm. When he came out there had been some miscommunication with his dispatcher and he was sent to purchase a gas water heater and parts when ours is electric. He was very professional about the miscommunication and was able to exchange the gas one for an electric one quickly and install the new one for us! He was here until about 8pm. Jesse was very professional and worked quickly and efficiently and was able to do the install including replacing old hoses. Very happy with how well Jesse got the job done after hours for us!

They did a great job and George kept us informed of everything that was going on. I appreciate that we were able to have our water turned back on the same day. IFM serviced my property due to a backlog. Jesse was great on communicating arrival and issue once he arrived. Professional in letting us know the issue and where it was as well as next steps. He worked extra hard to ensure it was resolved before needing to reach out to city services, he was able to get it all fixed in a timely manor. We were in desperate need of dry wall work which was preventing our ac handler from being installed (in a Florida summer) . IFM came through - literally within ten minutes of taking to the dispatch Carlos was here to take measurements, get paint specifications and communicate the job to the landlords. An hour later he was back working hard in very hot conditions. Very high quality work, cleaned up after himself and most importantly got us ready to get ac back in the house. I would definitely use this company again.Update: I used this company again... And then again. Logan was great and got our dry wall replaced and the final touches on our walls/floors. Then Chad came to work on our gate which needed some new boards and An entrance. All experiences have been great!

IFM was hired to replace the tile around the bathtub. The technician, Lloyd was very professional and he did a fantastic job. He did not just replace the tile, he cut out all the drywall and replaced it. The tiles were cut to perfection. Lloyd had all the tools and supplies to get the job done. I highly recommend.

Jerry and I couldn’t be more pleased and thankful for Robert and Stephen and all their really hard work for our generator install. Handling all gas work and connections in the attic on an extremely hot day was miraculously done with no complaints at all. Plus they fixed the sprinkler line that had been cut by excavation which was very helpful to us. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

I live in stone oak Texas.Llast week we had busted pipes and have been without water. Due to the storm. The break was related to a hose bib ( which I had wrapped but still failed in the 8 degree temps) Jesse arrived today and was able to temporarily repair the break until other parts could be obtained. We then had water restored in the home. Within about 20 minutes after he left the other hose bib location burst. I was able to contact him and he returned immediately. He was professional and very courteous he made another temporary repair to that location and we are finally good. Awesome service!!

We were greatly impressed with Kyle Livingston and the work that he performed in the house were renting. The management company we rent from utilizes IFMs services so we werent in a position to choose the contractor. However, any concerns we may have had were laid to rest when we met Kyle. Hes very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional! Our house has required a lot of work and Kyles craftsmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. He was a great communicator and kept us well informed. We really could not have had a more positive experience.
