These wonderful guys remodeled most of our home over 2-3 weeks. They did an amazing job and were very courteous and respectful in everything. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling or maintenance work. They are also very reliable and reasonably priced. Shane,the project manager, was very professional and helpful.

I have searched for a handyman for years and have not had good luck until I came across Simply Maintenance. Simply Maintenance is professional, organized, and had a competitive cost per hour! Shane, the Project Manager, is friendly and quick to respond to calls, emails, and text messages! He was so flexible in splitting up my projects in the ways in which I was able to pay for them. The first visit was for some painting. Ron, the representative that came out, was friendly, professional, did an excellent job of the painting of our stair rails, and was quick! I am so thankful and relieved to know Simply Maintenance because I have a lot more work for them!
