    The technician came out and inspected my garbage disposal unit. He pushed in the reset button located on the bottom and it started working. The technician was friendly,courteous and professional. He was excellent. He took a picture of where the reset button was located with my cell phone so if it happens again, I will be able to reset it myself.

    I really appreciate the time and effort the technician took to make sure my dishwasher was working properly. The workers who put it in initially completely wired it wrong, but our technician took a little extra time to problem solve and figure it out the underlying issue. He also did a pretty nice job repairing the gait door to our fence. I truly appreciate his professional and how he cleaned up his work area.Thanks again!

    Joseph was so helpful in getting my front door lock repaired. The job seemed to be completed until I noticed another issue with the lock. Joseph took the time to come back and make sure that it was fixed properly. He did not leave the job until it was totally completed. Excellent service.

    Joseph recently came to investigate a problem with my water heater, he did a great job troubleshooting and after some time determined it needed to be replaced. The install and setup was quick, he did everything himself while keeping me updated on the progress. I am so happy to now have hot water and have made a new friend.UPDATE:Emelio came out to fix an issue with a few outlets in a bedroom and once again we received great service. He was here same day, got the issue fixed in less then 30 minutes. It’s awesome to know we can rely on this team of people to help us when things go wrong.

    He was a late by an hour but there was a problem with the maintenance order so he didn’t know where he was supposed to go. Still kept us updated on his ETA and was professional.
