I recently had HomeSmiles come to my home to clean our dryer vent, and I couldnt be more pleased with their service. After several years without a cleaning, our dryer was taking 1-2 cycles to dry heavy loads, and I was concerned about the potential fire hazard from lint buildup. HomeSmiles responded quickly to our call, scheduling an appointment for the next day and providing a fair estimate of the costs.Darren and his team arrived on time and immediately got to work. They moved our dryer, removed the vent hose, and expertly ran their power cleaning brush up the 24-foot dryer vent, clearing out several years worth of lint. There was a blockage near the top, which they efficiently removed using a blower on one end and a strong vacuum on the other.Now, my dryer works like new again, drying a load of towels in just one cycle. The HomeSmiles team did a fantastic job cleaning up the laundry room after they finished. I highly recommend Darren and HomeSmiles for their outstanding service and professionalism.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the services offered by HomeSmiles in our area. It was exactly what I was hoping for routine home maintenance. The technicians came as scheduled and worked for approximately 5 hours, completing their 18-point service. Just having our gutters cleaned was already worth it. We were very pleased with their work and plan on using them again next year.

I am so excited to have this service available in my area! Scheduling service was easy, I was able to get a quote online prior to confirming service & then booked the service. Homesmiles showed up at my home right on time. My technician was Roger and his assistant was Sebastian. Both of them were friendly & knowledgeable and answered any questions I had about the service they were providing. They soaked my cooktop vent in a solution and the before and after was amazing! They deodorized every sink drain in the entire house! They cleaned out shower & tub drains (that was disgusting) & checked/changed batteries/replaced expired smoke & carbon monoxide detectors. One of the detectors is installed on the ceiling on a two story living room, but Roger brought in a ladder and climbed right up there like it was no problem at all! They drained the hot water heaters, shocking to see how nasty that water was that came out of there! On the outside of the house they removed all the window screens (I have 34 windows!!) and cleaned every window. They used a camera to check my gutters for debris and then cleaned them out! They did something to the garage door motor, it involved oil and they also left me light bulbs to replace the ones currently there when they burn out. Then they pressure washed my garage door, driveway and walkway to the front door. They actually loaded up all their tools and hoses into their van to leave, but when they did a final walk around of the property, they realized they forgot one tiny window above the front door, so they unloaded all their stuff to come back and finish that last detail! Excellent work ethic!In the past I have paid $1000 for window washing, $350 for someone to come change the battery on that one (2 story) ceiling installed smoke detector, $200 for pressure washing the driveway. The price for this service with all the things listed above (plus Im sure they did other stuff, I didnt follow them around the entire time), was less than what I paid for just those few things in the past, so the price value on this service is excellent!I will be using this service every year & I highly recommend Homesmiles to all homeowners.
