We have been using HomePoint since 2023 on the recommendation of a friend. We have been extremely happy with the service and proactive care of our home under the care of HomePoint. Casey, our home specialist is responsive and always there to address any issues that come up with the house. The entire HomePoint staff are professional, courteous, and experienced. Their proactive quarterly maintenance of our home allows us to ensure the house and appliances are in optimal condition. When a recent hailstorm damaged our roof, our first call was to Casey who had someone come over the same day to assess the damage and replace the roof. The handyman services are ones we have taken advantage for small projects around the house and it takes the stress out of finding a reliable handyman. They maintain an inventory of our appliances with serial numbers which allows them to service or get us the right parts when appliances have failures. Reaching out to Casey via text or the website gets a responsive in a short time and the issue is addressed to our satisfaction.We like their service so much that we have recommended them to our friends who are now clients as well. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.
