My husband and I had a long day of flying that ended in El Paso Texas on Friday, August 25, 2023. I am completely paralyzed on my left side so getting off the plane βοΈ n a aisle chair and transferred to my wheelchair takes time and patience from everyone that is helping me. Your company has hired two outstanding young men, Joshua OβConnor and Robert (I forgot his last name).They both were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with transferring me. Not only did they help us, they went out of their way to make sure we got all our luggage and helped load our luggage into our car. Your company has employed two young men that are an asset to your company. A BIG thank you!
