I highly recommend Jake and his team at diamond demo. I had a big demolition job. 4800Sqft all brick building the walls were 23 feet high. The building was located on a main road in and out of town. Not an easy job. Jake came out gave me a fair quote. Showed up when he said he would and got to work. Got the building down, cleaned, and graded the lot. I can’t recommend diamond demo enough.

Called Jake, he showed up promptly on time and not only did he haul off the remainder of my fence, he went ahead and weedeated the area inside. Give him a call I personally would like to thank you and refer some more business. I will be using him for a small building excavation as well.

Great guys!! We had Diamond Demo and Junk removal come tear out our old bathroom for our total bathroom remodel. They did a wonderful job! We were very impressed they were able to get that old heavy cast iron tub out, all the ugly tile and sheet rock. They even got it all cleaned up and ready for the contractor. We highly recommend them and can not wait to have them back for the kitchen remodel.

Needed to remove an old pergola that was very close to house and resting on gutters. Diamond Demo safely and efficiently removed it and cleared all debris. They also removed a dead tree, cutting it down to a stump to make replacement easier. After watching them work, I am SO happy I didnt attempt this on my own. Would highly recommend.

Jake was a lifesaver - demoed an old mobile home (14x40’) for us quickly when we were in a pinch. He was upfront with the cost and left the worksite clean. Would be happy to work with him again.Dec-21 Update: Called Jake again for another job. We had some large, heavy items left on the property from years-gone-by that needed to disappear before the kid or K9 hurt themselves on them. He was able to fit us in within a few days and loaded them up in just a couple hours. Huge respect for Jake and what he does. Give him a call!

Jacob was class act and the shining example of the industry in this business.He quoted the job very fairly, setup a date and time to get the job done and showed up right on time.I had an old pergola that was unsafe and needed it demolished and removed. Jacob showed and apologized that his partner was not there, but Jacob within a little under two hours had the entire thing down safely, cleanly and on to the trailer.He was an absolute champ and a pleasure to do business with.
