We’ve used CTI for about 2 years now and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. CTI was awesome, we recently moved into a new home and our AC unit went out twice. Ended up needing to be completely replaced. Even with a day notice they had a new AC unit in by the end of the day and called us that evening to make sure all was working good. Very professional and polite as well!

Stuck at home with a newborn and three year with no AC. As soon as Jose Sepeda called to confirm the apt and found that out he made us his first priority. He was at my house with in 30 minutes and had us up and running within the hour. He was absolutely excellent, professional and I would definitely recommend him!
