Easily the Best of the Best! As a Regional Manager, I had the pleasure of using CTB Multifamily Services with my CapEx Projects and Valet Trash services for my Apartment Communities in both Texas and Arizona. The service has always been Top Notch with affordable pricing. Anytime I had questions or concerns, Lance, Scott, and Shannon were there to help me along the way. I would definitely recommend and looking forward to using them again in the near future!

As an HOA community manager, I have used CTD for many construction projects in the community. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the work that they perform.They are very professional and provide timely quotes, updates, and each project they are working is completed as scheduled with photos. I would highly recommend them for all your construction needs.

As an HOA manager, I routinely have multiple projects going at once. CTB is always quick to respond to RFPs, emails, and phone calls. They are very transparent on when they would be able to submit an estimate and schedule work. If they are too busy to bid a project, they let me know as soon as I contact them. Once they are awarded a project, they let me know when it will be completed, send photos of the work, and stay in contact if there are any issues. They will meet me at properties to discuss the projects or to make any adjustments to the work that was done. They are always happy to revise estimates at my boards requests and work to provide options to help communities stay within budget.

CTB Multifamily provides great custom service, transparent communication, and quality work in all the projects they complete. We have worked with them on mutiple projects ranging from fencing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, street maintenance, and more for mulitple HOA communities. Shannon, Cliff, Lance, and Scott will go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of are fully updated throughout the entire project. Would recommend for any project you may have.
