    We had a mobile home removed that had additions that were left behind. We are senior citizens and couldn’t remove these additions on our own. We sent pictures of what we needed removed. We received a quote with in a short while the same day. We were expecting several workers and were surprised when there were only two. We were told that with the machine they could do it. The work went quickly and they ended up with three trailer loads of materials. They are very professional and checked several times if we were happy and if anything else needed to be loaded.We will have them back as we clean up the woods around where the home sat for decades of many old toys and other materials were tossed.Great company and people to work with.

    This company did excellent work in a timely manner. The team showed up ready to go and stayed in it until the job was done. From the bid to the farewell, they were all professional, fair, and courteous. What impressed me the most, though, was their human kindness. When they started the demolition, a nest of baby squirrels fell, and they all stopped immediately, shut the machines down, and saved those babies. I was given instructions to set them in a safe place and was told that the momma squirrel would show up and get them. Sure enough, she did by 4:30 pm. This extra kind spirit is something that made me glad to share a planet with these guys. All of them cared which showed me their heart. They do good while doing good business. Im so glad theyre in this community. I wouldnt hesitate to use their services again and highly recommend them! Thank you, Bigg and Small Property Maintenance!

    These guys are the best! They responded immediately and then had a date that was perfect for us. They are incredibly polite and professional. I didn’t have pictures and they still got me taken care of. I forgot a bunch of things I had for them inside the laundry room, called them and they came back! They are so nice ! Love these guys!     These guys were very professional and courteous. I made a call to them and they were able to send me quote within minutes and came out the same day to remove junk and debris from my mothers home.     Excellent customer service! I am replacing old furniture and wanted It removed on a certain date. They gave me a convenient time and called to confirm address. They arrived on time, used COVID masks, and carried out my heavy couch and recliner chair and 2 rugs. I also had a non working refrigerator for them to haul away. I thought they gave us a fair price and were very pleasant and well-mannered men. I definitely will be using them again and recommending their services.
