    Chantelle is great. 5 stars is an understatement for her she deserves 10 stars…she is great at what she does, very patient, very calm, very informative and goes over and beyond to get her job done.     I found Chantelle on TikTok and she did not disappoint. This was my first time working with a realtor and she was so helpful, so prompt , answered all my questions whenever I had any and SO PATIENT .!!! She found me the perfect house and I couldn’t be more thankful .! I wish I could give her more than a 5 star rating because she really deserves more than 5 starts ! I’ll definitely be recommending her to any and everybody who asks me about a Realtor .

    I want to let the world know about My Realtor Ms Chantelle Sims from day one of me looking for a new home I contacted Ms Sims and told her what I wanted she sent me a list of houses to look at. In late February the home I lived in went into foreclosure due to my landlord so I had to look for another place to live so contacted Ms Sims she was right on it. I looked at a couple houses and found one that I wanted she made called to make sure that I was able to get it. When things wasn’t going as plan she got on the phone and didn’t stop until she made things happen for my family and I. Ms Chantelle is a realtor that really cares about the wellbeing of her clients.     Chantelle is the best realtor and most down to earth Ive ever met. A couple of times during our search we were getting beat to the houses we wanted. I was starting to get discouraged, and she was the one keeping our hopes up telling us to not get our heads down and that she would find us the perfect home.
