This is done through the right sharing of information through the right communication systems that ensure that the company information gets to the community in the right and helpful way. Through this, new customers are well informed and get their needs satisfied beforehand through understanding of what the company offers and the reliability of the services. It makes it easy for their customers to know what they are getting themselves into, which makes it easy to make their decisions. The great communication has made the atmosphere between the management and the employees to be full of trust and confidence. Communication keeps customers informed and educated about the companys advancements and what new it has to offer to the customers. They keep in touch with their customers throughout the year, to remind them that they are at their service all year long.In my experience, how you treat people in peoples dealings makes it easy for people to understand and respect operations in an organization. If people are treated well, it becomes easy for people to create understanding and create trust on how an organization operates and treats its customers. The manager, Carlos Solis, is nice and helpful. It has made it easy for the employees to be hardworking and, as well as be innovative. He seems to have a very good relationship with all his customers. When a manager or a leading figure in an organization is not as respectful and understanding to the customers, there tends to be a notion of mistrust and non-reliability. This can be in a way lead to the loss of customers for a company. A bad relationship at work makes the work environment to be tense but that is not the case when it comes to this small business. The manager ensures that the employees are doing great and that they are comfortable. This ensures that the employees are motivated to work hard and make employees feel the meaningfulness of their relationship with a given company. Solis has made sure that its employees feel a sense of belonging and have the reason to treat customers in the most respectable way possible. Thus, in the long run, ensuring that the customers get the best services. When the employees are faced with any challenge, they are free to ask for advice and talk with him, and even the customers can approach him when the need arises.I believe that Solis Income Tax offers the best services around the area. Compared to most companies that I have done business with, it is among the best. From the way they receive their customers to how they attend to them. On any day I will recommend Solis Income Tax for their customer service.
