Betsy and Dee assisted us with getting a VA mortgage to buy a house in Texas after we sold a house in Cali. Everything went sideways and it was a mess. Thanks to their hard work and patience we got it done and we able to close. It was amazing all the work they put in. They took time to answer our questions and explain everything clearly. There was not surprises or anything unexpected. I recommend them to anyone whose looking for a mortgage, because they are great at what they do and have that down home southern charm that Ive missed all these years away from home. If you need the most knowledgeable and Johnny on the spot mortgage person then Betsy is by far the person to talk too!! She made getting a mortgage not a horrific experience like most mortgage companies. She always called , texted, or emailed me back immediately. Her sidekick Dee was as equally impressive as she kept after me till I got her the info she needed. I would give them both a 10 plus rating. Hopefully this is my last home purchase but if was to buy another home there is only one person I would use and that’s Betsy Feroli.

Geoff Burkhart was outstanding! I had been working with another lender before being introduced to Geoff by my realtor. I quickly learned that they are not all the same.
