I want to preface that I have never worked with Krystal before working with her on the transaction that I was the closing agent.I cannot express how impressed I was with Krystal’s professionalism, responsiveness at all hours of the day and night, her willingness to go above and beyond and I mean above and beyond to get this closed by today. I have been in this business for over 26 years and what she showed in her passion and drive to the buyer into her new home before a long holiday weekend was just amazing. I have not seen this type of dedication in a very long time.I will not bore you with the details of the HOA Estoppel that we could not get from the management company. It was absolutely infuriating, but Krystal jumped in and would not give up and got the job done.In short, you are a true asset to your company and truly make your company shine!Krystal, thank you for your wonderful attitude, your kinds words and a job very well done. The process was smooth on both occasions...no glitches and no re-dos. When they say not all lender brokers are built the same, they had to be talking about Krystal! She did such a phenomenal job with my most recent refinance that I dont think Ill need another broker going forward. Ive been through dozens of brokers, that all fell short with false promises and empty reason on why Im not able to achieve the refinance I set out to do, even though I knew it was possible.Well Krystal not only had amazing care with my file, but I recall a few times where she did the unexpected by giving extra effort to get my loan over the finish line. She went as far as, calling the county to get corrective confirmation on the property survey (that clearly had a clerical error) without me even asking or knowing that was even possible! She made sure to stay in constant communication with the underwriters, because god knows that were these loans go to die! But in Krystals hands, she was able to over come each obstacle purely to ensure that we closed with no stone left unturned.Let me tell you being an investor its hard to go through these refinance processes, but I cant thank her enough for making sure we squeeze every bit of equity my property was worth with little to no stress on my end! I plan on working with her on my future deals and personal properties moving forward.

5 stars isn’t enough! I cannot speak anymore highly about Jamelle!! We were first time home buyers and after having been lied to by another mortgage lender about our approval, Jamelle stepped in in mid transaction and made the impossible possible! We had to close within 15 days and throughout the whole process he was very professional and determined. He was very patient and worked above and beyond his scope of work and was available 24/7 to answer any of our calls and questions. As first time home buyers we had a lot of uncertainty with many things and he made sure to explain everything as simple as we could understand and was constantly updating us about our transaction. His customer service towards us was beyond what we expected, he looked out for our best interest and was always transparent with us. I will definitely will be using his services again in the future. Don’t hesitate to give them a call you won’t be disappointed.

Best mortgage company I have ever worked with. I have personally worked with Jamelle on four of our own loans and continuously refer friends and family. Jamelle is honest, efficient and genuinely cares about his clients. He stays in contact throughout the process and is very responsive with any needed correspondence or questions. Jamelle takes the time to look at every beneficial option in order to make the best educated decision and if a better opportunity comes along during the process that is feasible or available he will not hesitate to present it. If there is a product out there that meets your needs Jamelle will find it. I cannot say enough about the experience I have had with Jamelle. November 12, 2018Thank You Very Much IMPERIAL MORTGAGE CompanyIts start with 4 Mortgage Company , after 2 Appraisals was wasted for not thing and so many months of waiting, still not done or they said theres a problem. The HARP program is getting closer to expired. Im Lucky Mr. Eboh Ebenezer and Ms. Selena called if I want to refinance my house, I told than 4 company already turned me down, Mr. Eboh said no problem he will help me, so with Ms. Selena. After few months my refinances is in the process of closing, 27 August 2018 is my lucky day its over. Thanks to Mr. Eboh and Ms. Selena for your time processing my loan.
