Laura Eason is the BEST! She is a rockstar every step of the way and goes above and beyond. My husband and I shopped around for our mortgage including preferred lenders recommended by our home builder, and Lauras rates were superior. But getting the right mortgage is so much more than just finding the best rate. The processes of underwriting, homeowners/flood insurance, and closing are all multifaceted and time sensitive. These things were challenging for us, especially as first time homebuyers working full time. With Laura, it felt like we had an experienced ally fighting by our side to reach our goals. She responds to emails lighting fast and is readily available by text/phone, even after hours and weekends. The week of our closing, Houston was hit by a hurricane resulting in massive electricity and cell outages that affected us, the property, and Lauras office. I think any ordinary mortgage broker would have well been within their rights to cease work that week, but Laura found a way to do the impossible and make our closing happen on time. We are thrilled with our new home and know that we would not be here without Laura! We are so grateful for her expertise and unbeatable work ethic.

I started off with a lender (friend) who completely screwed me over in many ways. I contacted Laura at the last minute to see if she can take over the loan! In less than 2 weeks she cleaned it all up for me. Lower interest rate and only had to pay my down payment. She saved me tons of money! So glad I made the switch at the last minute... I will miss not speaking to her atleast 12 times a day. But she is great at what she does! Would definitely recommend and will use her again if needed in the future!

I specifically want to recommend Daniel Weisfeld with TTM. After running into some issues with the first lending company we chose, we were a little discouraged in figuring out why we had the issues we did. From the moment I reached out to Daniel he has provided help, guidance and service that you just cant find anymore. He listened to what our initial situation was and then he helped us from that moment on. It has been approx. 30 days since I reached out to Daniel and in those 30 days he has shown us he is THE MAN when it comes to your home buying needs. He in incredibly knowledgeable, punctual and responsive as well as calming. I can speak for many first time home buyers who im sure have the anxiety that I have had through this however, he finds a way to help you through the process by being positive and encouraging.
