My wife and weren’t completely sure of what we were getting ourselves into. We had lots of questions and concerns. Nancy was absolutely amazing in helping our family secure our first home. She’s such a sweet soul. Knowledgeable, patient, and I can’t begin to explain just how excellent her communication was. Her reassurance was always there even when we didn’t realize we needed it. She coordinated every single aspect of our home buying experience to make it as least stressful as possible. I have heard horror stories from friends and family about what they went through to purchase their home. My wife and I feel privileged to be able to say we can’t relate to any of that and Nancy is a huge part of that. You’re doing yourself a disservice by not giving Nancy your business. -

Nancy Pacheco and Yolanda Ortiz is the dream team. Within 30 days of us closing on our house we choose to use Aligned Mortgage as our lender. It was Nancy faith, honesty, and knowledge of VA loans that lead me to choose her over two other lenders we received quotes from. Their was no lender fee associated with the loan. What really caught my attention were their closing cost was 45% less than other lenders.Once a month at Killeen Civic Center the company host a two hour class on VA home benefits. I recommend anyone who is using their VA home benefits to attend the class.Thanks Nancy and Yolanda for your professionalism and long hours you put in to giving us the best rate and closing cost. We will definitely recommend you to everyone we know that will be purchasing a home, espically when using their VA home benefits. -
