We were initially skeptical about reverse mortgages, but after working with Don and asking many questions, we realized it would benefit our situation. Its important to consider individual needs when determining if a reverse mortgage is right for you. Any mortgage process can be stressful, but Don made it as smooth and successful as possible. He was always available to answer questions and proactively reported any progress. Having bought and sold many properties over the years, we can confidently say that Don exceeded our expectations in closing this loan. My husband and I highly recommend Don; you wont be disappointed.

I cannot express how professional and efficient Mr. Battista was handling my reverse mortgage. Everyone I spoke with was very competent and kept me aware of all details concerning my loan. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and Mr. Battista, they care about helping their clients and that is rare for today. Mr. Battista always answered my questions immediately and I did not have to keep calling. It was a wonderful experience.
