We recently closed the sale of our house, first time selling and Janer Melendez was the key piece in making it happen. When we decided to sell the house we contacted another realtor and it was extremely frustrating and disappointing. They practically told us that selling our house would be impossible because we had solar panels and that we would not earn anything. Janer educated us with his honesty and filled us with faith. He found us the perfect buyer and we were able to sell the house in 10 days! and we made profits! We recommend Janer to everyone.
