My experience with Ashleigh Fletcher is above reproach. She and her team took me from a time consuming complicated experience to a smooth seamless process. Ashleigh, and her assistant Jacqueline, walked me through the entire process, made themselves readily available, explained/clarified information, and encouraged me through the entire process. Ashleigh did a great job helping these first time home buyers with getting the right mortgage product for us. There were some issues with getting us closed in a timely manner. Some of these issues seemed to be out of Ashleigh’s control (like finding an appraiser to appraise our house in a timely manner), while other issues caused me to raise my eyebrows a bit (like not sending the final documents out before closing day which caused us to close 2 hours late). Overall, we had a pretty good experience.

But Ashleigh and her team at CMG Financial did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and supported throughout our entire loan process. From the initial loan application over the phone, to the step-by-step process videos she sent along the way, to the phone calls any time there were questions, updates, or new information, we had no doubt we were in good hands.
