Larry and Ashli are very professional people and make sure to get the job done or tell you otherwise right away to not waste your time or theirs.This is my second deal Ive done with Larry and his team. I thought the first time, it was just luck and we were able to close on-time despite the setbacks from another lender I previously had. Larry got the job done right away and kept me informed every step of the way.In this last deal that we did together, I was able to confirm his exceptional talent for real estate and most importantly for getting the job DONE right, letting you know all your options and even giving suggestions on what the best route would be based on your specific situation, finances, and future outlook of the market. If he does not know something, he lets you know right away, but he makes sure to dig deeper to find the answer for you so that you can always stay informed and make the best decision possible for your case.While business deals are obviously more rigorous than buying primary and secondary homes, it will cost you for the service, but it is up to par with other business investments deals and Larry will try to save you where he can as well as he is very kind and professional to try to do the best for his customer ALWAYS.Moving forward, I do not have any doubt that Larry can close just about any deal in a given timeframe so that you dont lose your due diligence money if needed. I know it is hard to trust a new person when buying a property as it can be something personal, dear to your heart, or even for business, but I promise you that Larry will not disappoint.
