    I waited about a week after I got my AC unit installed just to make sure everything was running well and I must say that I am extremely happy with my unit. I want to give thanks to Jose and Vincent for coming out and explaining everything for working with me and my son, as far as budget was concerned, that was a big factor for us. Their team was on time they were courteous they were respectful. They did an excellent excellent job. They explained everything to me. They showed me everything that they have done. they did not leave my home until they did all of their inspections, which I appreciate so much so if anyone’s looking for a new AC, please do not hesitate to call this company. They are reliable. They’re very helpful finances and they’re very good at what they do. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone that I know who needs a new AC unit.

    The crew came out today and installed 2 units in our home. They showed up on time and kept us informed of their progress throughout the day. We received a great financing option as well. Considering the weather conditions today were horrible, the crew still did a great job. We’re very happy.

    I just want to say that the crew that came out to my house yesterday did an awesome job. Forgive me if Im wrong but I believe the gentleman that was running the crew his name was Ernesto. They worked fast efficient and were very clean about everything they did. They went over the whole job with me and answered any questions that I had.     Julian did a great job! I appreciate his honesty. Unlike other contractors, he didnt try to sell me any additional things. I asked him to check my refrigerant level and he told me I didnt need to add any charge.The the other contractor I hired 3 weeks ago told me I needed 2 lbs of refrigerant for $160

    Received exceptional service from start to finish with Zero. Crystal was professional and kind when calling to schedule the appointment and even called the day of service to check if it would be okay for the tech to arrive a little earlier due to change in scheduling. Edgar was my tech and was friendly and super thorough which I appreciated so much. I went with his recommended repair which he was able to complete same day with really fair pricing. He made sure to show me the different readings before and after the repair as well as pictures and I immediately felt the difference. Awesome customer service, thanks y’all!

    These guys are super great!!! I’ve had many experiences with other ac companies in San Antonio and Houston but , I’ve never had such a great experience as with zero ac. Daniel and Julian came to our home and explained everything they were going to do on the job and told us checked our system thoroughly and showed how the system was performing. They were very professional and professional took time to explain how the service plans work.     I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC maintenance needs. Eric licensed tech was very professional, on-time, courteous and very knowledgeable. As a female, I had no knowledge of how the HVAC works (indoor system vs. the outdoor compressor unit). Now, I know more than I ever have. No other hvac company in my ten years of owning this house has ever went into as much detail on what is being done, and why and how and in a way that I could understand. In addition, he explained what to expect on a basic maintenance checkup from HVAC company vs. a high performance checkup and what should be done. Having learned that I now realize that I was getting charged extra for services that should have been included in a high performance tune-up from previously used HVAc companies. He was very professional and an expert in all things HVAC. He explained everything he did and why its was important.     Was needing to get a whole new unit, searched around for weeks for the best price and customer service. Came across ZERO Heating AC gave them a call within a matter of 2 days I had them come out to get a quote next day they installed a brand new complete system.     Could not have asked for better experience! What a blessing, finding this company. The owner himself was onsite for the entire install, setup, configuration and testing. The team was exceptionally pleasant, professional, and experienced. Everyone knew exactly what their purpose was and each took exceptional care of my home during the entire process. The removal and installation took less than 6 hours start to finish. Every task from start to finish was done with extremely high quality and zero shortcuts were taken. The price was quoted and the team held to their word. There was a point where the Google nest company said my thermostat was out of warranty, so the owner, without hesitancy, went to buy a brand new nest. I asked in the quote process to keep a nest as my preference and they honored it. When I asked, is the nest not compatible? The owner replied, I personally reviewed 4 times to ensure compatibility. After a few minutes the root cause was isolated and they worked to remediate with in minutes. They are experienced and this was blatantly obvious. Their equipment is top of the line, their vehicles were very classy and clean. All the trash was picked up. All the dirt was vacuumed and wiped up any water drips. There were shortcuts taken by the previous installation that this team corrected. They even went the extra step to waterproof the cabinet where the air exchanger is installed. The team explained every answer to help me understand. They showed me operations front to back until I was exhausted asking questions. I am extremely finicky when it comes to my home. I only accept the very best and the team over delivered beyond my expectations. The owner handed me his card, shook my hand, looked me in the eye and told me to call him if I had any questions or if I had any concerns. Wow, I started to give up hope these companies existed anymore. Thank you Vince, Daniel and the entire team at Zero Air. This was a relief and as smooth as glass! Woe! Thank you!

    Edgar, Michael and Ernesto A great team of young men that are all courteous, knowledgeable and experienced removing and installing Heating AC. Edgar was the man that took care of removing and installing new furnace and also explained to me what I should do to maintain a working AC. The man that removed and installed outside unit was Michael. He was ready to work too, fast on his feet getting the job done. What can I say about Ernesto, he was the man that made sure everything was done 100%. They left areas nice and clean I was left very satisfied with my working Heating AC!!     I had Zero Air replace my A/C unit over 5 years ago. Their work and service is tremendous, their pricing beat dozens of AC contractors and they are willing to go beyond their normal hours of business. With that being said I’ve had 2 minor problems with my a/c drainage. Their response was immediate and Daniel came over after hours of business and fix the problem. It’s fair to say “ once you have Zero air as your A/C company “ you will not be disappointed!You want to support Local businesses and not have Big companies up charge you for their overstocked warehouse.     These guys are PHENOMENAL! My wife came across this company off the internet, after only seeing positive review listed I was a bit skeptical. I submitted an inquiry and with-in an hour I had an appointment for Vince to come for an estimate. Vince was very professional and walked me through all the options available keeping my wallet in mind. After all the details were worked out I was surprised to hear that I could have a whole new system installed the next morning. The install team were amazing everybody was professional and courteous. The team was so great that they cleaned up after themselves making it seem like they were never there. Big shout out to Daniel for all the hard work he did. Daniels expertise helped me cool my house more efficiently by rerouting an existing duct instead of having to pay hundreds of more dollars to install a brand new one. My neighbor was having AC work done by Zero Heating, AC and Refrigeration, so I went over to ask if they would/could come over once they were done helping her out. (I thought that perhaps I might need to make an appointment first.) My neighbor assured me that they were very reasonable in price, and Daniel came right out to answer my questions and gave me their business card. Well, the next day, my AC gave up the ghost, so I called Zero. They were able to put me on their schedule that very same day, and a team of six young men showed up. Three to work on the outside unit and three on the inside unit. Not wasting any time, they were a precision team, very courteous, quite knowledgeable and professional, and kept things neat and clean. I was quite, quite pleased with their work, and would highly recommend.

The rep was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They installed our new inside and outside unit that Wednesday. Installers showed up on time and got right to it taking out our old stuff and placing in the new one. Staff was friendly and professional, left everything clean as well as updating my husband with what they were doing since he was the one home. Great company, great staff, and great price

Carlos arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem. As we suspected, the old condenser had burned out and needed to be replaced.
