19, June 2019 Had an issue with my A/C unit. As a faith based person I prayed about it and began to make calls. Mr. Kenny was the second call I made. After a few minutes of speaking to M. Kenny I gave it go. Mr. Kenny showed up analyzed the issue and told me what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. I already knew what was wrong, and pretty much knew what it would take to fix it, I just did not know how much it would cost. Mr. Kenny did not try to sell me things I didn’t need or gouge me with the pricing. Mr. Kenny showed up the following with his team after 1400 hours and in the heat of the day replaced the outside and inside unit. Though it took quite some time to fix, by bedtime my house was back to being cooler and more comfortable than I imagined. I will be recommending Mr. Kenny and West Lake Houston A/C to friends, family and co-workers. He is my now go to guy for all my A/C and heating needs.

Warranty Company agent could not get furnace working and miss-diagnosed twice, tried several new parts and ending up recommending new furnaces. Kenny came out, fixed issue within an hour with no parts involved - merely a wiring issue caused by new thermostats. Very reasonable and fast response.

AC went out on a Friday evening around 9:30. Kenny and his helper showed up within an hour and had us up and running in no time. He didn’t try to sell us on any extras and price was reasonable. We’ll definitely be using West Lake in the future!!

Kenny came out within 30 mins on a Sunday and showed us that it was a second breaker that had been thrown. He could have taken advantage of us but he didnt. He was honest and friendly and we will definitely use him again!!

Since summer is almost here and we are already starting to warm up I needed to have someone out for an evaporative cooler air conditioning inspection and tune up. Being new to the Kingwood area I was not sure who to call. A few of my neighbors recommended West Lake Houston AC & Heating. I called them and they were very friendly on the phone and their prices were very reasonable. I scheduled a time for an air conditioning contractor to come out for the residential ac maintenance. Kenneth was on time and professional. His ac inspection gave us the all clear and thankfully no major ac repairs were needed. I will continue to use West Lake for all my future heating and cooling needs.

Kenny and his guys came and fixed my AC on a Sunday evening on this hot Labor day weekend... When he finished the job it was almost midnight. He never complained even though he had to drive around and search for parts.finished the job like he promised. He was very professional , straight forward and never tried to upsell me..I dont review that often, but I thought this one needed to be recorded....

Not only was Kenny and his team able to come by within hours of contacting them, they were able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issues with my AC system. Very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Great pricing and speedy service! I will definitely be recommending West Lake Houston AC & Heating from now on.

Found out my unit was down at 4:30pm and the house was 87f inside. Gave Ken a call, first time to use them so I was expeting the run around.He had me back up and ruuning by 7:30pm the same night. Very happy with his work and responce time. He had the motor i need on his truck!

Had ac go out tonight at 10pm and within an hour they were here and had the problem fixed. did not try to sell us anything we did not need. price was way below where we thought it would be. they were very friendly and down to earth. good guys great company would recommend them to anyone.

The best around hard working very nice dedicated, our unit went out.my husband wasnt.home just kids and I, they came and saved us..we had no cooling for 4 days..until now..thank you gentlemen
